What do you like best about the product?
It looks interesting but not a product I would pay since Microsoft bundle does bring visio. Also excalidraw does. Good job for free.

It should have a desktop app so offline work could be done.

What do you like best about the product?
I use the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for creating diagrams, particularly for presentations like org charts in HR. I like that it is very easy to use, quick, and the visuals look great and super professional. I also appreciate that it looks way better than other tools and works much faster than Canva. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, so far.

I find Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite easy to use, quick, and professional-looking for creating diagrams like org charts.
