Useful for Turning Ideas Into Clear Actionable Processes
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to create clean, professional diagrams quickly. I especially like the drag-and-drop interface and ready-made templates because they help us create professional diagrams quickly without spending a lot of time formatting. It’s also been really useful for simplifying complex ideas into visuals that are easier for stakeholders to understand. Collaboration is also straightforward with real-time editing, and it integrates smoothly with tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
What do you dislike about the product?
Performance was mostly smooth, though I can see how larger diagrams might get slower. Some features have a bit of a learning curve, especially for more advanced use. While the platform is generally intuitive, onboarding less technical team members can take time when working with more complex diagrams or automation features. It might be helpful if there was a help bot on the page to ask questions or navigate the different features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my role, I use it frequently to outline new operational ideas, document workflows, and present process changes in a way that is much easier for stakeholders to understand. The biggest benefit has been improved clarity and faster alignment between teams. Instead of long written explanations, we can quickly build a visual workflow that helps everyone see the issue and proposed solution immediately. This has reduced back-and-forth communication, sped up decision-making, and made process improvement discussions much more productive overall.
Great UML Diagramming, but UI and Admin Management Feel Dated
What do you like best about the product?
I like the UML diagrams the most. We draw structural and business diagrams. I also used it to map out blueprints.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is not so easy at times and less flexible than in Figma for example. I also don't like the whol admin management part, it's old and obsolete, too slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Diagramming solutions for the product and team activities like user story mapping.
Real-Time Updates Shine, But the Bright, Boxy Design Needs Work

It is cool and I like that it updates real time with others

it solves the problem of needing to collaborate with others to make a chart
Great Collaborative Support with AI and Teammates
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to work simultaneously with someone else and the AI program was a great support
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes some getting used to; had a hard time with navigating until i got the hang of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its helping us understand how small tasks and processes feed into larger ones to best find critical paths and efficiencies.
LucidChart: An excellent tool, weakened by the strength of the AI
What do you like best about the product?
I find it really handy how you can, as the name suggests, collab in real time on a map
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate to be that guy, but I'm not that fond of the included AI: it can seem like it can just do everything for you
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making a mindmap on LucidChart: I haven't really found any other websites that let you make them so easily and quickly. It's very handy for my projects.
AI-Driven and Collaborative, Needs More Tutorials
What do you like best about the product?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for the visual presentation of ideas and business monetary flow, and I love how the ability to create a flowchart quickly solves problems for me. I especially appreciate the feature that allows multiple people to edit at one time. What really stands out to me is the ability to create a flowchart using an AI template, which helps speed up the buildout process. The AI aspect of telling Lucid what I'm looking to present and then having a template built from those ideas expedites the process of creation significantly. Additionally, I find the initial setup to be very easy and seamless, which adds to the positive experience of using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like the only thing that could help with navigating the program would be a tutorial mode or instruction material that could help you get a better understanding faster. Yes, I think a lesson series of how to do specific tasks or have a video series with a project that grows over time would be beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for visual presentations. It lets me create flowcharts quickly, enabling multiple people to edit simultaneously. The AI templates speed up creation by suggesting layouts based on ideas.
Real-Time Collaboration and Flexible Form Editing
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoyed seeing other members in real time edit the project we were working on. I also enjoyed all of the ways the form could be edited and how we could make the project our own.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not like how I had to pay to be able to add extra boxes to our project. I also did not like that I was not reminded of the trial expiration and got charged.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Company Org chart. It allows us to see where staffing issues are and how we can improve our staffing.
Easy, Sleek Custom Designs with Great Customizability
What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to create custom designs that look great and sleek. It also offers a good amount of customizability, so you can tailor things to your needs without sacrificing usability.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know too much about the licensing, but it seems my company is always juggling them, so I assume it's expensive and per-user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid makes it easy to create ERDs and communicate across teams. It's been especially helpful during turnover.
Visually Appealing Diagrams Made Easy with Lucid
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to communicate ideas through visually appealing diagrams. The Lucid tools make it easy to create and modify these diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only frustration is that you only get the maximum value if everyone on the team has a Lucid license. We have a limited number of licenses which makes it harder to collaborate with those outside of that group.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid helps us visualize our workflows and processes. This makes it easier to get our teams on the same page for how we are running the business.
Modern UI, Rich Templates, and Collaboration That Simplify Diagramming
What do you like best about the product?
I love using this fantastic platform because of its modern UI,superior collaboration features and rich assortment of templates which include network diagram and user flows .The built-in templates is a huge plus like the way it simplify the creation of customized flowcharts and org charts.

Very strong platform that have proven worthy every penny of coin in building diagrams that are visually striking and useful.
