Miro Makes Collaborative Planning Effortless with Intuitive UI and Powerful Integrations

    Reviewed on May 17, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has become one of the tools I rely on the most for project design and collaborative planning. I’ve used it extensively during brainstorming sessions, workflow discussions, and architecture planning, and it consistently keeps everyone aligned. The UI/UX is clean, intuitive, and easy to navigate, which makes collaboration feel natural even for new users. Performance is smooth even on complex boards, and integrations with Jira, Confluence, and Slack simplify execution. I also found the AI features genuinely useful for organizing ideas faster. Their support team has been responsive whenever needed, and overall the pricing delivers excellent ROI for the productivity and collaboration benefits it provides.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only reason I’d rate it 9/10 instead of 10 is that very large boards can occasionally feel slightly cluttered, and some advanced features take time for new users to fully explore. Pricing can also feel a bit premium for smaller teams, but overall the productivity gains and collaboration efficiency make the ROI absolutely worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps solve one of the biggest challenges in collaborative projects — keeping ideas, discussions, planning, and execution aligned in one place. Earlier, brainstorming sessions, workflow diagrams, and project discussions were scattered across multiple tools and documents, which often created confusion and slowed decision-making.

With Miro, my team can visually collaborate in real time, map out project designs, create workflows, and organize ideas much faster. It has especially improved communication during remote discussions and cross-functional planning sessions. The integrations and AI-assisted features also help reduce manual effort, making meetings more productive and execution more streamlined.
It really helps to present design ideas to larger forums to get their feedback and agreement.

    Essential for Organizing and Planning

    Reviewed on May 15, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for both work and personal projects, such as trip plans and budget planning. I love its flexibility, allowing me to attach documents, pictures, create schemas, draw freehand, and add links. It helps me keep all the related files and links organized in one place, making it easy to access everything I need for specific topics. Miro is an awesome tool, even performance-wise. I also find the initial setup extremely easy, almost like there's no setup required. Miro's simplicity and how it's become integral to my daily work really stand out to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I lack Excel-style tables logic and its formulas, but then I insert the Google Sheets table.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro keeps all my necessary files and links organized in one place, and its flexibility lets me attach docs, pictures, draw schemas, freehand draw, and attach links.

Miro Makes Complex Ideas Actionable with Great Collaborative Space and Templates

    Reviewed on May 14, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Miro effectively helps me organize really big systems and ideas into actionable areas for engagement with large groups and teams. It creates enough space on the board to include multiple ideas, projects, work areas and strategies. The templates are incredibly helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the sharing permissions can be complicated, and for a small team, can add up in cost, but it's worth trying out different kinds of accounts to see what fits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me solve facilitation challenges. When I facilitate a large coalition of over 20 organizations, it helps me engage everyone directly by giving them space to contribute their own responses to questions, and map out their ideas. This benefits me in being able to analyze information effectively because it is all captured on the board.

The Best Online Tool for Brainstorming, Retrospectives, and Post-Mortems

    Reviewed on May 14, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
This is the best online tool for brainstorming sessions, retrospectives, and post-mortems.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's quite broad and complex sometimes it takes a while for us to find the buttons, resources and features. This is due using the tool once a month, bi-monthly, but it's not a blocker to use and enjoy it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gather ideas visually in a big group of people online/remote. Also for private sessions to develop products.
