    What do you like best about the product?
    I use Notion for my business to organize projects and client files. I appreciate the AI assistant, which does a great job of creating custom reports for me. I love that I can make public pages to share with clients, making it easier to share information between my coworkers and clients. It's really nice to see everything at a glance with a birds-eye view and then add notes to pages or client information. Although there's a bit of a learning curve, the AI assistance really helps set up what you want.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I'd love to see more templates with YouTube videos explaining how they work. I would even buy templates from Notion if I liked them enough. I think they have great instructional videos online but just wish they were more built into Notion when I was using it. There is a bit of a learning curve but the AI assistance really helps set up what you want.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Notion lets me create custom reports and dashboards, making it easy to share information and have a bird's-eye view. The AI assistant is great for setting things up, and public pages are perfect for sharing with clients.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I like how it keeps track of everything we need. I especially love how it transcribes meetings and then has AI make its own notes on the content of the meeting.

    There is nothing yet that I don't like. I have enjoyed all it has to offer.

    It is solving the problem of how to stay organized. That is benefiting me by allowing my give my time to other matters.

    I really like the ability to track all my knowledge and link my applications with Notion. It gives me more features compared to Trello, which prompted my team to switch. Also, the initial setup was very easy for me.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I like that Notion is fast and snappy. I love the drop-down menus that I can nest inside other folders, creating a large network of conversations or pages that make sense how I want them to. It allows me to nest knowledge, information, or tasks, so I can handle chunks of information at a time or just close them up if I don't want to deal with them at the moment.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    If I have a synced block, I can't drag things out on mobile. That drives me crazy. Maybe the fact that if I pay for Notion AI through one account, like a personal account, I can't apply those credits to a work account.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    I use Notion for device inventory management, task tracking, and deep project management with layered pages. Its AI helps me organize large data sets, extract data from Excel, and make large text threads actionable.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I like using Notion to build custom pages and documents for my real estate business as it has saved me countless hours and allowed me to do things I didn't know I was capable of. It's great for developing and linking all my business documents like Google Docs and PDFs within Notion. I appreciate how it keeps everything in one place, solving time issues and making it easy to remember where everything is kept, which is invaluable for linking tenant and unit data to properties. This central database is a huge benefit, especially with a growing team, as they can access all necessary information without having to ask me. I love the ability to customize Notion; anything can be tailored to my specific needs, and it helps me avoid paying for unnecessary features. It's easy to set up, though there's a learning curve, and overall, I haven't found anything else quite like it.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I wish there were more options of viewing things that aren't just in set tables. I know you can do cards and other things, but I wish there was more ability to customize the interface or design aspect of it to be more user-friendly and customizable from a design standpoint. Just a learning curve to get used to how Notion operates.

    I use Notion to keep everything in one place, saving time and effort. It holds all tenant data, links properties and units, and makes information readily accessible to my team.
