Pricing

These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

Notion Replaced My Franklin Covey Binder—All My Goals, Tasks, and Outlook in One Place

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it can mimic the processes I learned with Franklin Covey. I no longer have a paper binder/calendar, and wanted something similar and Notion was the app/software to use. I have Goals, Roles, Projects, personal and business task trackers, all available for me to keep all my items in one place and allow me to build it up so I can accomplish my goals. It integrates with Outlook so I can effortlessly work with both and save time and effort. The price is awesome, not expensive (like the Franklin Covey binders), and it was great to have a short meeting with a Notion Expert to ensure I had it setup correctly. I didn't know it could transcribe meetings. I noticed a prompt to transcribe the meeting, without showing up as an extra guest in the meeting. Not that I am trying to secretly record meetings, but I would really like to listen to the meetings and not take notes for fear of missing something important.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any real downsides yet. I just have to make time to watch tutorials so I use it even more efficiently than I currently am.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me to keep track of tasks for my various clients in one place. I still use a paper pad, but just to jot something really important, a word or two. The problem with using the paper pad is that I need to include or emphasize my important note in the transcription.

What do you like best about the product?
It has a clean, simple interface that makes information feel organized and easy to navigate.
It’s incredibly flexible and robust. You can use it for notes, project management, documentation, databases, and almost anything else.
Pages are easy to customize without making them feel cluttered.

I’m adjusting from Coda, so some workflows and features feel different or less intuitive than what I’m used to.
It can take time to understand the best way to structure information, especially when using databases and linked views.
Some actions require more clicks than I expect.
The flexibility can occasionally feel overwhelming because there are so many ways to build the same thing.

I’m still adjusting to Notion after using Coda, but overall, I think it’s a great app. It manages to feel clean and simple while still being robust enough to handle almost anything. I’m excited to keep learning it and figure out the workflows that work best for me.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the opportunity to organize my professional life with Notion, using it as a second brain. In my personal life, I enjoy the AI features a lot. I used to search online for the perfect template, but now with Notion's AI features, it can build itself to be the perfect tool for me. It's like having an AI assistant that helps me build my knowledge base and find actionable items and little things I may have missed from my meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Yeah. I think there should be more availability of price tiers. From starter to enterprise to the advanced features, there is a gap there. I would like to have the opportunity to select and customize what features I want to pay for within the tool. I pay for a full package, but I don't necessarily use all of it. I would like a pricing model that is closer to my needs, and I'm sure that would be appreciated by a lot of people looking to get into Notion, especially on the premium models.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me filter and organize information, allocate it properly, and reminds me of important tasks. It enables me to grab insights necessary for my work.
