    What do you like best about the product?
    I really like that it’s live—when I enter updates, everyone else can see them instantly. Since everything stays up to date, our team communicates more smoothly and we avoid duplicating work. The Excel integration feels seamless, and the AI intelligence is genuinely helpful when we’re working through changes and updates. Using it every day keeps everyone on track, aligned, and moving forward together. The platform’s bright color-coding and clean aesthetic make tracking project statuses and team workloads easy at a glance. You can build robust, no-code automations to handle repetitive tasks (e.g., notifying the next person in a workflow when a task is completed). You can tailor almost every column, tag, and view. Pricing is fair.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    While visually approachable, mastering the more complex dashboards and integrations can be overwhelming for new users without dedicated setup time
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Task cards feature dedicated update threads, making it easy to leave comments, attach files, and tag colleagues directly within the project. The updates made are fast and efficient.

    I like using Automation because it reduces the time it takes me to update my team on our projects.

    I don't like that we cannot show multiple boards onto one main one while still having two separte boards.

    AI work platform reminds my team and me when a project is due or notify us when we should be concerned about something. It also summarizes and keep a better track of the projects.

    What do you like best about the product?
    We’ve found Monday.com’s AI features genuinely useful for our litigation and funding administration work. The AI agents can update workflows and trigger automations directly, which cuts down on manual admin. The formula builder and doc summaries (included on our plan) save real time on reconciliation-heavy tasks. The ability to pull structured data like vendor names, totals, line items straight from scanned invoices and PDFs has been a genuine time-saver for our disbursement work. Overall, a solid step up from a basic project board.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Even though we’re on the Enterprise version, we still have to pay separately for AI credits.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Saving us a lot of time by taking a lot of the more manual, admin-intensive work off our plate. Reports and reconciliations for the higher ups are easier to handle.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I love the ability to set deadlines and goals; automation reduces the likelihood of human error. It consolidates everything into a single, organized environment, and the platform is fast and secure. Everyone involved can clearly see their tasks and has access to them.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The product lacks advanced reporting capabilities and offers only limited customization to preserve simplicity. It also lacks advanced filters, so that simplicity can become a constraint rather than an advantage.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It helps us manage projects across all departments and has greatly simplified our work. I can manage files with it, and we use it to organize all our projects. It keeps our workflow on track, which I consider the biggest advantage, and it reduces the need to use multiple platforms.
