Excellent Reporting and Real-Time Project Monitoring Made Simple
What do you like best about the product?
The reports it generates are excellent, and the reporting system is superb. I really appreciate being able to monitor projects because it lets me track the status of scheduled operations in real time. Overall, it’s a simple, intuitive project management tool, and I especially like the task reminders.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search engine should be better optimized, and I’d like to see improved personalization. Also, when the internet connection fluctuates, it can lead to inaccurate reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This software is ideal for project management, allowing us to control work the time management. We've saved a lot of resources thanks to its incredible management capabilities, and it provides timely reminders in case of delays. It's used to evaluate and manage projects.
Easy to Use with a Convenient, Colorful Design
What do you like best about the product?
It’s very easy to use, and the colorful design makes it even more convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful if there's a date indicated for the last comment update or it tells you when it was last edited for the update/comment
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We struggle in prioritizing tasks and now it helps us to be more organized and stay on the top of the game!
User-Friendly with Room for Improved Resource Management
What do you like best about the product?
I use monday Work Management for project management and appreciate the ease of use and the user interface. I find the automations particularly valuable for scheduling reminders for important tasks and modifying status in response to certain events. The initial setup of monday Work Management was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
resource management, the availability of the resources does not seem to be 100% accurate
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management for control of activities, resource allocation, and sharing information. The automations help me schedule reminders and modify statuses automatically, enhancing efficiency.
So Many Options to Stay Organized!
What do you like best about the product?
How many different options there are to stay organized!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I wish existed, that doesn't (YET) is the ability to do a subtask on a subtask.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is able to act as a source of truth for tracking my teams work and projects so things don't get forgotten about and are able to be referenced at a later time.
Keeps Our Team Aligned and On Track with Monday.com
What do you like best about the product?
We use Monday.com for getting our team on the right track with our tasks and not duplicating efforts. The best thing is that we can all be on the same page and know at what stage we are for each process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides of monday Work Management is that there are many many options for boards and sometimes we may indeed have a few boards with the same or similar content so some team members have to check multiple places to ensure they update all of their own task statuses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are saving time by checking the boards and not having to wait for a meeting!

As a Head of PMO Governance, the platform’s strength lies in its ability to balance high-level strategic visibility with granular task execution. The automation engine is world-class, allowing me to standardize governance workflows and RAID logs across multiple departments without manual intervention. It serves as a perfect 'operating system' for the 400+ technical assets I manage, ensuring that project metadata is consistent and reportable at an enterprise scale
What do you dislike about the product?
While the interface is incredibly intuitive, the advanced permissioning and 'Guest' access levels can sometimes be restrictive for complex, cross-functional governance audits. Additionally, when managing extremely large datasets or massive portfolios, the dashboard load times can occasionally lag. I would love to see more native, deep-level 'out of the box' integration for technical documentation version control without relying on third-party widgets
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary problem it solves for me is decentralized governance. Before using monday.com, managing 400+ technical assets and ensuring they were correctly deployed across different teams was a manual, error-prone process. It has eliminated information silos by providing a single, automated 'source of truth' for my PMO infrastructure.
The benefit is a significant reduction in administrative overhead. I can now build automated Governance Gates and RAID log escalations directly into our project boards. This ensures that every project starts with standardized DNA and maintains compliance without me having to manually audit every status change. It has effectively transformed our PMO from a reactive support function into a high-velocity, data-driven delivery engine.

Effortless to Use, Highly Efficient with Automations
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ease of use with monday Work Management, which makes handling my tasks as a product manager straightforward. I appreciate the diverse automation options that automatically send me notifications, assign the right people, and move tasks from one group to another by tags. It's also very convenient that it connects with Slack for notifications and integrates with Zendesk, which helps me manage tickets efficiently. Setting up monday Work Management was very easy too.

I organize tasks and collaborate with developers and designers. It automatically sends notifications, assigns the right people, and moves tasks by tags.
Efficient Collaboration, but Pricey
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the email automations in monday Work Management. They help us save a lot of admin work time by automatically handling updates and preventing the need to draft the same email repeatedly. The platform helps us work efficiently with better collaboration, and we've successfully integrated it with HubSpot, with plans to test the Zendesk integration as well. Though I wasn't around for the initial setup, changing our ways of working now seems straightforward. Within our department of 120+ colleagues, it's been quite effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
Connections with boards can be improved, especially with column connections like the date column which should only show what date has been selected in the connected board rather than picking the earliest, latest, etc. Also, it's a bit expensive.

We use monday Work Management for campaign, project, and task management. It helps us work efficiently with better collaboration and the email automations save us a lot of admin work time.

The interface and the work methods in work management are simple and easy to understand for execution.

One dislike about the Monday work management is the integration into existing company software is difficult.
But as a stand alone it's great to work effectively.
