The Pool of Shapes and Symbols is Huge Facilitating Fast Diagramming for Visual Understanding
What do you like best about the product?
The huge library with custom templates and shapes helps easily start a flowchart or diagram and hugely differentiates Lucidchart from other similar tools that don’t have such wide variety. Additionally, it supports real-time collaboration and allows us to export the diagrams in multiple formats making it a truly complete tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is hardly anything to dislike about the Lucidchart features that I have used everything works well and the results are amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart allowed me to create campaign execution workflow flowcharts mapping the campaigns into a continuous chain of activities which helps us to easily follow progress and track where each campaign stands.

Lucidchart offers a drag-and-drop feature that makes it easy to work with and manipulate different shapes, lines and arrows which makes it great fir creating both small and large flowcharts and diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a major con but there are some newly published stencils for cloud vendors that have not been added yet but I know its an ongoing process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidcharts greatly helps in creating incident response flowcharts mapping the structured process followed when a security incident occurs making sure we are able to respond quickly and consistently to threats.

Lucidchart is very convenient to use with an intuitive workspace and the drag-and-drop of shapes that makes composing diagrams very easy and I have the tool integrated with other productivity tools to easily access the diagrams for presentation.

I have nothing to complain about Lucidchart, so far so good and it offers a lot of tools that make diagramming tasks pretty fast.

Lucidchart has quite a lot of icons, shapes and templates that allow for quick diagramming and so far I have had a good time creating diagrams for business processes that I present at a more professional level.

There are no usability issues faced when using Lucidchart it is definitely quick for creating diagrams.

I like the ability to create digestible flowcharts to document various processes and being able to map a process which is easy to follow.

The customer service is not fast otherwise it is easy to select objects from the database and set up the relation between them.

It’s tough to find major faults with Lucidchart because for the majority of my diagramming needs it delivers great functionality and speed.

Lucidchart provides many usable diagram design templates and as in my use case they help to create system architecture diagrams quickly and I also found it excellent for creating network diagrams as it has several vendor stencils for routers and switches.

Dragging elements into the workspace is easy but it needs some skill to combine them together to create the pattern you need.

Creating architecture diagrams with Lucidchart provides a high level visual view of web servers, databases and APIs are connected which helps align teams on design decisions, supports documentation, and serves as a reference point when modifying or expanding our systems.
