Intuitive Flowchart Creation with AI-Powered Ease
What do you like best about the product?
I like Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for its intuitive interface and the AI-made templates that made getting started much easier. Editing the templates was simpler than learning all the buttons in a completely new piece of software. Also, the initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the download button to be too many clicks. It would be better if it saved my preference and when I click share/download, it should just remember what I used last, like a PDF, and instantly download the PDF.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to explain complex journeys to stakeholders, making them understandable. It's intuitive and the AI-made templates made it easier to start using without learning a lot of new software functions.
Intuitive, Snap-to-Place Design That Makes Connecting Objects Easy
What do you like best about the product?
It felt very intuitive to use. Connecting the lines to objects was pretty simple, and I didn’t have to measure the angle or placement perfectly because everything would snap into place. Setting up an account was super easy too; it took maybe 5–10 minutes, and then I was ready to start my assignment. Exporting was very fast as well, which made it easy to submit to my professor.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a student, I found it can be rather expensive, and the AI wasn’t as helpful as I needed it to be. When I asked it to find a specific action, it struggled to do what it needed to do and often didn’t give me what I was looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was mainly used for a class assignment about making a BPMN, so it helped me solve the problem of trying to get good grades

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy using the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for creating organization charts, and collaborating with others. The available templates make it quicker, and I appreciate the ability to add pictures to have a visual of who is in each position. The incorporation of AI within the program also helps speed up the processes. I find the collaboration features beneficial because we can work on the same document at different times, and there's a good troubleshooting area in the help center. It's easy to create organization charts without needing to be a designer, and the user-friendliness of the platform stands out. The shift to Lucid from Canva was favorable due to its templates and ease of adding different components to documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more tutorials for using the various features for new users. Some videos would be great on how to use the different components.

I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for creating organization charts easily without needing design skills. It helps me collaborate on documents with others, and I like that I can use templates to speed up the process and add pictures for visual clarity.

I only used it for the flow chart, and it was easy to understand and use. neat UI, feels familiar to other apps.

I like the annotation messages in Lucidchart that detail what each object is for, as they bridge the gap between my understanding and what is widely accepted. I also find Lucidchart intuitive.

As a free user, Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite could increase the number of boxes/objects per document.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to create visual clinical decision-making pathways for common medical conditions, and I find it provides an easy format for team-based work that is modifiable. I like the colors and shapes it offers. I enjoyed having different, ready-designed shapes and outlines that I could allocate to different things and decision-making points, like indicating something is a 'must do' or using clinical judgment. This tool is much easier to work with and to collaborate through compared to what we were using before, Microsoft Word. The initial setup was very easy.

I didn't like that making the diagram bigger created a second page - it made everything look clunky and less usable

Real-time collaboration, ease of use, versatility, integrations, and visual clarity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing can add up over time. Complex diagrams or very large whiteboards can sometimes lag, especially when multiple collaborators are active. While basic use is easy, mastering layers, data linking, and integrations can take some time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Disconnected teamwork, difficulty capturing and organizing ideas, miscommunication and ambiguity, and tool fragmentation.
Versatile System Design Visuals with Helpful AI Features
What do you like best about the product?
I use Lucid to visualise system design of our applications on various fronts, be it database design, api flow design, technology components mapping, etc. I like how there are multiple ways of designing these so that the design for each applications looks good without it being monotonous (same styling across everything). I also like the AI features to whip up something quickly and modifying it to match the exact requirements
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel the customization options for database design could be a bit better, especially when it comes to the existing templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I create system designs for the applications we build for clients, covering database design, API flows, and the overall UI flow, among other core pieces of the architecture.
