What do you like best about the product?
I use the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for creating diagrams, particularly for presentations like org charts in HR. I like that it is very easy to use, quick, and the visuals look great and super professional. I also appreciate that it looks way better than other tools and works much faster than Canva. The initial setup was very easy.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is such a great tool for creating all internal diagrams such as org charts and process flowcharts. I love how it solves the problem of keeping details up to date from any computer and not needing to use a locally installed application.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much that i don't like about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, but I would like to see more charting tools.

With Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, diagrams are a breeze to create and maintain. The biggest problem we sought to solve with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite was having access to a program that would allow us to design detailed diagramming for our presentations.

What do you like best about the product?
I find the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite saves me a lot of time when creating process flow charts for various HR functions, thanks to the templates it provides. The visual ideas it generates help me represent information in a better way. I appreciate the AI feature which aids in fine-tuning these visual presentations. The ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and getting real-time reviews is truly a plus. Additionally, the initial setup was super fast and quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
AI features can be improved a lot. For example, if given a textual process document, it would be great if it could create a better process flow document.

I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to save time creating process flow charts with helpful templates and AI features. It also allows real-time collaboration, making it easier to work with multiple stakeholders.
The Most Complete, Easy-to-Use Tool for Org Charts, Mind Maps, and Flowcharts
What do you like best about the product?
From all the software I’ve tested (Mind Meister, Miro, Visio), I find Lucid to be the most complete overall. With it, I can do great work on org charts, mind maps, and flow charts. I’ve used it to assess my team: I was able to import the data via CSV and then, later on, edit the data fields directly in Lucid.
I also find it one of the easiest tools to use. That simplicity helps me move faster when I’m trying to materialize something that’s still amorphous in my head, so I can step back, see the big picture, and understand how things correlate.

What do you dislike about the product?
When I look specifically at the mind map functionality, Mind Meister feels far superior. It automatically creates topics and subtopics and organizes them into a tree structure. With Lucid, I can achieve the same result, but it takes more effort and requires more manual manipulation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m using Lucid for a few key things. It helps me reevaluate my team’s organizational structure by identifying gaps, assessing how the workload is distributed, and analyzing which responsibilities can be redistributed. I also use it to keep track of all pending topics across the main areas of our team.
