What do you like best about the product?
It's very intuitive, and easy to use. Great for collaborating remotely with team members.

What do you like best about the product?
1. LucidChart helps me clearly outline the data flow inside a business workflow and simulate the end-to-end behavior of the system to be implemented.
2. It helps a mid- to large-sized project team come together and contribute towards the workflow, and encourages collaboration as it is easy to understand for new team members.
3. LucidSpark allows preparing process models and articular the product offering while emphasizing on the value proposition.

It helps the team to come together and work towards a project or a product implementation plan effectively and encourage collaboration which was missing in the previous software.

The libraries are not easy to find to create diagrams. The process to create and fill data in the tables is complex

What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite automates repetitive tasks and workflows in real-time, saving time and improving productivity leading to high ROI. A lot of our teams work remotely in my organization and through this visual collab tool we are able to edit projects simultaneously enhancing real-time teamwork.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free bundle lack advanced features and upgrading to team builder is a bit steep compared to alternative tools.

Real-time automation and intelligent diagramming through Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite improve productivity by reducing manual workflow.
Excellent for Team Brainstorming, Minor Lag with Large Diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid makes it so much easier to brainstorm and visualize ideas with my team in real time. The collaboration is smooth, the templates are super helpful, and the interface is easy to learn. It really helps turn confusion into clarity during planning sessions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some useful features are paywalled, and big diagrams can lag a little. Nothing major, but it could be smoother.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helpful in collaborating with design teams when I am building websites. They send me the designs and i can smoothly transfer into actual web pages.

What do you like best about the product?
I find the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to be great for collaboration because it provides a platform where our team can share and edit a single document simultaneously. This feature allows us to ask questions and reference materials easily within a shared cloud-based space, which enhances our teamwork. Its browser-based nature ensures easy accessibility and is well-suited for organizing our projects through detailed sheets. I also appreciate the software's attention to detail and its customization capabilities, which make it an excellent tool for organizing and personalizing workflows effectively. The setup process was straightforward despite a slight learning curve common with most software platforms. Overall, the organizational aspects, coupled with the ability for substantial customization, make it a standout tool.

I find there's a bit of a learning curve when starting with the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite. It takes some time to get used to navigating and using the platform effectively.

It helped me complete an assignment that required a diagram; it was very helpful for someone who’d never created a diagram before
Fast and Simple Collaboration, But Needs More Templates for SAP Users
What do you like best about the product?
This tool is quick, easy to use, and lightweight, making it ideal for fast collaboration without any unnecessary complications.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t used all of Lucid’s features yet. It would be great to have more ready-made templates. As I mainly work with SAP, I still use tools like Draw.io or SequenceDiagram for some process flows.

Lucid helps me visualize and communicate complex workflows more easily. It improves collaboration, speeds up discussions, and makes process mapping more organized.
