What do you like best about the product?
I find the clear workflow instructions in Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite valuable, as they help to bridge process maps. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy.

A bit more instructions for first-timers would be helpful as it's a little hard for them.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it offers quick and easy templates, its straightforward and being able to create great looking charts and diagrams easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a little bit expensive but overall it was easy to use.

It allows me to create customized flowcharts and helps in making clients understand the deployment and networking architecture for the project.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart is a great tool for flow chart and diagrams creation that helps me visualize workflows in terms of process steps and I have enjoyed using the tool because of the wide variety of shapes, lines and icons that make mapping the workflows quite fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not faced any problems with Lucidchart it has effectively met my needs and has been fantastic for me to use as a diagramming tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m using Lucidchart for my daily work when I need to draw flowcharts more importantly mapping our recruitment workflows visually representing every step in the hiring process providing a clear view of how talent moves through the organization.
Beginner-Friendly Data Visualisation with Powerful AI and Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
It is so great for visualising any data you have. I personally use it best for mapping out company structures for when we manage restructurings and it is so useful for showing the different branches. The UI and integrations are easy to use and beginner friendly, and the tutorials are especially useful. The site performs amazingly, and the AI helps even more with being able to quickly visualise things.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very easy to work collaboratively with other people across your firm, whether it is sending screenshots, or giving them a link to also be able to access it. It is easy to be able to work seamlessly with eachother.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has been transformative in helping our team visualise complex workflows that would otherwise be difficult to communicate through documents or verbal explanations alone. By providing an intuitive, centralised visual workspace, Lucid enables us to map out processes, identify bottlenecks, and align stakeholders far more efficiently than traditional methods allowed. Lucid has solved a longstanding challenge of making workflow visualisation accessible, collaborative, and efficient across our organisation. The benefit is not simply a better-looking diagram — it is a fundamentally clearer way of working that improves alignment, accelerates decision-making, and reduces miscommunication across teams.

What do you like best about the product?
I use this product on every project I’m involved in because it makes the design process much easier and enables seamless collaboration with other project members. Integrations with other products, such as Confluence, are a massive plus.

I don't think there's something I dislike, for what I do, it's somewhat perfect

What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart makes it very easy to create diagrams for all sorts of purposes and it’s nice how I can snap different objects to the grid to help create a clean diagram. I like that it integrates seamlessly with other tools allowing me to import custom design templates to make my drawings even more accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t found anything I did not like on this tool since I started using it. It is just a pleasure to create the diagrams that I need with Lucidchart.

Lucidcharts helps me to create document management workflow depicting the steps involved in processing and approving documents across the organization, from submission to approval, ensuring clear accountability for each step of the document lifecycle.
The Fastest Tool I have Used to Create Really Professional Flowcharts and Swimlanes
What do you like best about the product?
It easily allows me to create swimlanes and organizational charts and supports a straightforward process of using lines and connectors to add starts and stops of a process, and I am able to also add various shapes to denote different actions within the diagram.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you have many elements to move around within the workspace, it is better to layout all your process flow and finalize the look at the very end to avoid breaking the diagram layout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mostly use Lucidchart to produce organizational charts and swimlanes clarifying our company structure and strategic processes to improve transparency by making it easier to understand leadership roles and decision-making authority.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucid VCS has built-in shape and icon libraries that help create flow charts easily. Also, the custom stencils for labeling architecture components fulfills all my architecture diagramming needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I would change about Lucid VCS it meets all my architecture diagramming needs and I didn’t have even a bit of an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I create Log Flow Diagrams with Lucid VCS to illustrate how logs travel from endpoints, network devices, and applications into our centralized monitoring platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is the most reliable platform to do all my flowcharting and diagramming tasks and distribute them to multiple teams. I really like that the interface is simple and easy to use allowing quick drag and drop of shapes, icons and lines.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly don’t have anything bad to say about this platform it helps me to easily organize processes in diagrams where I can see the layout clearly.

It’s a great platform allowing me to map out workflows and processes providing various diagrammatic visuals showing coordination of campaign activities and how each phase leads to the next to ensure every element aligns with our overall marketing goals.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite straightforward and user-friendly. It solves all my problems in creating a chart and allows me to design the chart exactly as I want. The platform is not complex, making it easy to understand and work with. The initial setup was also very easy and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I find a bit annoying is aligning the shapes. I'm not sure if it can be done or not, but it seems like shapes have to be put in a specific area.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite makes chart creation easy and straightforward, solving all my problems in designing the process flow chart I want.
