What do you like best about the product?
It enables our small team to collaboratively plan, design, and build processes and solutions in an intuitive environment, that is easy to implement and integrate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any platform introduced to staff, there is an initial learning curve for new users. Additionally, depending on the size of the organisation and how much it is used, it can become costly for smaller organisations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool offers teams a visual workspace where they can brainstorm, plan, and document and map their work, processes and systems, which greatly enhances collaboration between different departments, locations and between organisation and customer. By transforming complex processes, systems, and data into clear diagrams and workflows, it helps minimise miscommunication, and can also bridges the gap between creative thinking and structured execution.

I really appreciate the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for its effectiveness in real-time collaboration, which fits perfectly with my remote working setup. This real-time collaboration capability is crucial in bridging the gap of miscommunication and allows the team to agree on the desired prototype easily, enhancing our workflow and team synergy. I also value its ability to integrate seamlessly with other applications, such as Slack and Google Drive, which streamlines my workflow immensely. Most features required a paid subscription, which is quite expensive.

I find the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite incredibly user-friendly, making it easy to create UML diagrams with ease. Additionally, the initial setup process was very straightforward, which made getting started with the software a breeze. I find Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite user-friendly and straightforward, making diagram creation easy. Its mobile compatibility adds versatility, and initial setup is hassle-free. It's been perfect for my needs during my certification course.
Intuitive and Collaborative Tool That Sparks Creativity
What do you like best about the product?
I have just started exploring with this and am very pleasantly surprised at how easy it is to use. I have explored the flow chart feature as a way of capturing workflow and also for organising ideas and work structure breakdowns. The templates make this really easy. I particularly like the ability to brainstorm as a group using the post it notes - I can see that this is something that we will definitely continue to use. The interface was really intuitive for a creative team and we enjoyed using the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The three document limit on the free subscription is not very generous - as a small team in a micro business - we are finding software are escalating hugely making much software inaccessible.

Being able to collaborate with my co-workers, is easy to use with non-technical users.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I think the AI part is not ready, when you write a prompt most of the time it won't give you what you want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work in software development and sometimes the topic might get very complex, therefore we need a tool to lower the complexity of the topic, since we need to present this to non-technical employees. And when we are in a rush it good to be able to collaborate with other people.

There’s nothing daunting yet crucial in a business than enhancing sales performance. With Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, it is effectively to visualize the overall sales processes and mapping customer journeys to comprehend their needs prior to decision making.

I still don’t understand why I wasn’t able to access the iOS mobile applications when I was using the individual plan - No issues currently since I upgraded.

Comprehending customer needs via visual customer journey mapping allows me to make data-driven decisions thus leading to high ROI.
Creating Complex And Visually Appealing Diagrams And Charts.
What do you like best about the product?
It is very flexible and awesome at mapping out business processes and workflows. For the past 4 years I've been using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite and it has been great to be able to share network diagrams and project plans with multiple people on my team and to outside vendors. Additionally, it is awesome to be able to work with the confidence you are all working on the same document and not worrying about what version everyone is looking at.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is a great and champion collaborator. For the past 4 years, i haven't encountered any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite every day for every project and i like the fact that it has largely replaced meeting agendas, follow-ups and meeting notes. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has helped in mapping out interdependencies between cross-functional teams.
From messy notes to perfect diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
I love how it transforms brainstorming sessions into something truly interactive and fun. The real time collaboration feels effortless, everyone can jump in, add ideas and sees updates instantly. Their templates are amazing, they make complex workflows look clean and professional without spending hours designing. It connects perfectly with tools i already use, so nothing feels out of place. It is like having creativity and productivity rolled into one.

I'm pretty happy with lucid suite overall. nothing to pin-point
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brainstorming, system design reviews and retros feel natural with templates, timers and voting - no physical whiteboard needed. New team members can ramp up by exploring the diagrams + comments history instead of scheduling walkthroughs across time zones. I can log on in the morning, see overnight feedbacks from teammates in other regions and keep moving without a meeting.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy it is to turn ideas into visuals. The drag-and-drop interface makes mapping processes, creating flowcharts, or brainstorming with the team feel effortless. Even people who aren’t very “design-savvy” can create clean diagrams quickly.Instead of talking in circles, we just open a Lucid board and sketch things out together. It genuinely makes collaboration smoother and keeps everyone on the same page.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the interface feels a bit heavy, especially when working on large boards. It can lag or take a moment to load all elements, which interrupts the flow a little.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It really solves the “too many ideas, not enough clarity” problem. Whenever my team is stuck, we open a Lucid board and map everything out together. Seeing things visually helps us align quickly and avoid long back-and-forth explanations. Lucid helps me turn scattered ideas into structured visuals, which makes complex projects easier to understand. It also solves the problem of miscommunication everyone can see the same board in real time, so decisions happen faster and with fewer mistakes.
Outstanding Tool That Elevates Our Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
It's a very robust and powerful tool used for various types of process diagramming and digital whiteboarding. My team supports almost 5000 users of Lucid. We rarely have issues or complaints about the tool. It's stable and it's versatile.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes some upskilling to learn. However, once you know the basics, it becomes a great tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily, it was adopted as an enterprise standard for digital whiteboarding back when Covid sent our technology users to work from home. Since then, it's been more broadly adopted across various segments of our business.
