Powerful Diagramming Features Giving the Most Successful Experience Creating Diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
It’s user-friendly and has a good range of templates that made creating diagrams efficient. With Lucidchart I was able to complete my diagramming tasks effectively and it’s a helpful tool for visual planning and process mapping.
What do you dislike about the product?
The experience has been pretty positive each time while using Lucidchart there hardly has bren any issues of any kind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The variety of tools and elements in Lucidchart make it easy to design any diagrammatic representation. I have created multiple organizational charts mapping reporting lines other diagrams representing workflows.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Lucidchart the most for its easy of use and the amazing UI that makes it easy to find different elements to create a diagram. It has many integrations built in for easy export of diagrams for presentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have more AI automation for automatically creating process flow from excel files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enables me to easily create flow diagrams to present data and share it with stakeholders. It offers a variety of pre-built design templates for use that span several project types making it easier to map task dependencies.
Incredibly Versatile and Easily Handles Quick Diagramming using Multiple Shapes, Icons and Arrows
What do you like best about the product?
It has so many useful features including templates, icons, shapes and arrows for building out processes and it’s been so quick to illustrate thoughts, concepts and flows using diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many templates it can take a while to find something to start with and so having the ability to select by tags would be very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart helps create data flow diagrams to illustrate the movement of data through authentication services, transactions processing systems and storage to ensure data handling aligns with regulatory compliance requirements.

Helps in defining and clarifying software designs before going to Developers. Lucid Spark is also helpful in defining Organisational charts and work flows.

It’s very helpful, with a good UI, and the integration is also really easy.

Nothing, overall, is already so good. Maybe you could add a bit more information.

What do you like best about the product?
I like all the options and freedom when using the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite. It's intuitive, and I don't need a tutorial because it's pretty obvious what things do. The initial setup was very easy as well.

Sometimes it feels hard to use the mouse for small details.

It helps me create visual diagrams and offers custom options. It's intuitive, so I don't need a tutorial to figure things out.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can translate ideas into clear written tasks in Lucid, explain them easily, assign the tasks, and then let others contribute.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet. It’s packed with functionalities.

Other tools have limits, but Lucid offers an infinite canvas, so I can reshape the structure as my ideas evolve. With Word, PowerPoint, or Excel, I feel stuck in a more limited way of working.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite because it is useful to fulfill my need for drawing software in an easy way. I use it on the browser, so it is very easy without having to install anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
I need more shapes, especially 3D shapes I miss, but very simple 3D like a box and its side view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to make difficult-to-describe components visually clear.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for creating flowcharts for complex supply chain processes. I really like how user-friendly and intuitive it is, which makes my workflow so much easier. Creating a flowchart is much quicker with Lucid because of the premade templates and drag-and-drop shapes. The premade templates really make it easier to start creating. The setup was also very easy, which I appreciate.
What do you dislike about the product?
AI. I don't feel that its necessary and it doesn't work very well with complex ideas.

I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for creating flowcharts, making the process quicker with premade templates and drag-and-drop shapes.
