Offers the widest inventory of shapes, figures and elements for faster diagram creation
What do you like best about the product?
This software allows for extremely detailed diagram modeling and there are a lot of shapes available and the possibilities to connect them are endless. I also find it very useful for creating flowcharts because of the drag-and-drop functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s amazing it offers so many templates and shapes, however I created a few custom templates with the shapes and icons I use the most to makes things easier for myself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating flow diagrams helps me to outline the step-by-step implementation of our social projects, ensuring efficient execution so I am able to complete them in a short time.

The ease of creating diagrams and drawings. The interface is very intuitive and offers various possibilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, today I don't see a point that I dislike; all the features I look for, I can execute with ease.

I loved using Lucid Visual suite because of its simplicity and number of features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike maybe a bit of a learning curve initially.

Lucid is allowing us as an org to whiteboard solutions and allows us to share it within the org.

What do you like best about the product?
I can easily visualize my ideas and scale my items to their actual size, which has been very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is definitely a learning curve, and I wish there were a more comprehensive tutorial available. However, once you get the hang of it, the experience is really great., i wish it had more templates tailored to what i actually do, which is tradeshows and booth layouts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's beneficial because everyone can collaborate together. We are able to add notes, create processes, brainstorm, and more. It has really helped me visualize our ideas.

I find it challenging that line paths in the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite change when slightly dragging an object. This can lead to difficulties in maintaining the intended layout and visual clarity, especially when working with complex charts or maps. It would be beneficial to have more readily available information for lines and a feature that prevents line paths from altering unintentionally during minor adjustments.

I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to visually manage complex maps of Jira ticket types and automations, benefiting from its comprehensive shape and connection options.

I love the ease of use associated with the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, making it incredibly intuitive for creating flow charts. Its user-friendly design significantly simplifies navigation, and I find it much easier to use compared to Excel. Additionally, I appreciate the wide range of options available in the suite, which cater to various needs and scenarios. The ability to seamlessly incorporate charts into presentations enhances my workflow efficiency. I value its capability to share outputs in PDF format, which is highly convenient for distributing work. The robust integration features that allow sharing with other applications, like Word, are particularly advantageous, streamlining my tasks and communication across different platforms. Setting up the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite was extremely easy, further enhancing its accessibility and usability for me. Overall, the combination of ease of navigation, rich feature set, and excellent sharing capabilities makes it a standout tool that I highly recommend.

I use the product for easy flowchart creation and organization. It simplifies integration with applications like Word, enhancing my presentations. Switching from Excel to Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite provides more options and ease of use.
The Best Tool for Creating Org Charts
What do you like best about the product?
It was the best tool I could find to create an org chart for the department
What do you dislike about the product?
It was not user friendly. I had to watch all 21 videos before I fully understood how to use it.

It helped me create the best Org Chart I have ever created with over 150 people in it.

The editing tools are straightforward and simple to use. There are several options available for adding elements to the canvas.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes find it challenging to move objects without accidentally altering others that I don't mean to change. While I am aware that there is a lock option available, I occasionally prefer to keep objects unlocked to make editing easier.

Lucid helps address the problem of disorganized documentation and confusing workflows. With Lucid, I can transform complicated systems into straightforward diagrams, which makes it much easier to collaborate with others and make informed decisions.
Outstanding Real-Time Collaboration for Teams
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid excels at real-time collaboration. Multiple people can edit, comment, and brainstorm simultaneously without lag.
What do you dislike about the product?
While basic diagramming is easy, some of the more powerful tools (conditional formatting, data linking, automation, Lucidscale) can feel complex or buried in menus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid helps solve the problem of complexity. Many projects involve dense processes, research findings, or multi-stakeholder relationships that are hard to explain verbally or in long documents.
Visually Intuitive and Effortless to Navigate
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how visual and easy to understand it is, it is truly easy to navigate in.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont partycuallary love that you have to use the cursor to move in the chart its nor easy to zoom with the mouse you have to use the widget.
