Simplifies Design Collaboration Across Time Zones
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of collaboration that Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite offers, especially since our team is spread across multiple time zones. The ability to create teams and have a shared space really boosts our productivity, as we can share ideas on application design and review each other's work seamlessly. I also find it easier to use compared to the Miro board we were using before, and setting it up was intuitive, allowing me to get started quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I tried Lucid AI to convert a diagram to a relational table structure. It was able to generate a decent table structure, but I would like to see more capabilities, like AI chat with which we can interactively work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite simplifies complex design, visualizes ideas, and enables sharing with colleagues for feedback. It eases collaboration across time zones with shared spaces, boosting productivity.
Efficient Idea Mapping, Needs More Template Flexibility
What do you like best about the product?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to map out ideas and plan projects. I like how effortlessly I can turn ideas into clear visuals while collaborating with others in real time. The software lets me move from rough thoughts to usable plans without friction, and the real-time collaboration keeps teammates aligned without extra meetings. I appreciate that it gives us better control over mapping workflows without the interface feeling heavy. Also, the initial setup was pretty easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some templates feel rigid when I need quick custom layouts. Templates lock me into fixed structures that slow early brainstorming. More modular blocks and freer resizing would reduce friction.

I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to map ideas and plan projects. It cuts down confusion during planning, makes complex ideas easier to explain, and enables me to move from rough thoughts to usable plans without friction. A Visual Delight for Collaborative Planning
What do you like best about the product?
As a visual thinker and learner, I really appreciated being able to move items around visually—it made the whole experience much more enjoyable for me. We could each develop our own ideas and thoughts, mapping them out individually, but it was also simple to click over and see what others were working on. Creating and duplicating items was extremely easy as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main difficulty I encountered was figuring out how to revert to a previous version of my plan, which took me some time to understand. Additionally, I found it challenging to view everyone's individual plans side by side, as this required opening multiple windows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to see how much we are actually putting into one area of our teaching. It was helpful in organizing different thoughts and collaborating in how we wanted to move forward with our program.
Transforms Complex Workflows into Clear Visuals
What do you like best about the product?
I use the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to make sense of complicated workflows, especially at the intersection of engineering, operations, and procurement. I like that Lucid helps me get clarity quickly and lays everything out in a way that shows what is missing or needs change, turning abstract conversations into concrete visuals. It saves time and moves discussions forward. I appreciate how easy it is to move from a rough sketch to a refined workflow that is actionable for engineering or operations, which fits perfectly with how I work. The initial setup was also easy, and I found the basics intuitive, allowing me to create useful diagrams right away without any formal training.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few things in Lucid do not work as well as I would like. When a diagram gets big, the canvas can feel heavy to navigate. I spend time zooming in and out instead of focusing on the logic. It would help if large workflows were easier to manage or segment without breaking the flow. I also wish the formatting tools were a little faster. Lining up shapes, adjusting spacing, or keeping things visually consistent takes more effort than it should. When I am working live with a team, I want the tool to stay out of the way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to visualize complicated workflows, making discussions clearer and identifying gaps quickly. It saves time by converting abstract ideas into concrete visuals, which stops endless debates and guides straightforward conversations. It's intuitive, helping me move from sketches to actionable workflows efficiently.
Streamlined Team Collaboration with Minor Typing Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for system design within my company and during interviews with candidates. I find it easier to collaborate and work on chart and diagram type of work with colleagues, especially when working remotely. I really like the templates and being able to re-use building blocks. The multiplayer feature works well, allowing me to see where others are editing.
What do you dislike about the product?
When typing, you need to submit it before it shows up to others. I think that's not how, for example, Google Docs works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for system design and interviews, making collaboration on charts and diagrams easier, especially remotely.
Effortless to Use with Time-Saving Themes
What do you like best about the product?
I find Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite easy to use without any major learning curve. I also appreciate the abundance of themes available, which saves time in project setup, especially when working under time constraints. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think not being able to edit your project if you cancel your subscription is an issue. Especially when some projects require constant updates.

Real-Estate Agency Owner Views on Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite: Perspective Based on 3 Years
What do you like best about the product?
I currently use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite across three of the four organizations. I mainly use it in my real-estate agency since it has all the features that I yearn to use on a daily basis. One of the best aspects is how, I have been able to create a performance dashboard which allows me to pull MLS data, revenue statistics and marketing metrics - these help in making data-driven business decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only slight issue is when using the mobile application, it is a bit tiresome as it requires a large display to reduce zooming every now and then.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Operations checklist flow is one of the benefits that I realize with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite which allows me to view business processes in one visual dashboard.
Streamlined Design Collaboration with Lucid
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite made it very easy to share and invite people to collaborate, so it didn't end up being a one-man team. It allowed me to work together with my team, get feedback, and collaborate as a group rather than working alone. I really like that I can share with a link without having to export anything, which is really nice. When we're done with our product, we can export it to send to the end users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be nice if they implemented it a little bit more to allow using pictures or things like that in chats. I didn't see that functionality. It took extra time to design components when maybe using a SVG file from somewhere else would have worked straight out of the box.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to design systems collaboratively with my team, making it easy to share and get feedback, preventing it from being a solo effort.
Excellent Collaboration and Instant Team Feedback
