What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is a great program for diagramming and collaborating. It has enabled us to weather the current storm for our business. Diagramming is the best way to communicate ideas, procedures, processes and it's an amazing and fantastic tool for organizing thoughts as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have used Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for more than 4 years now and I haven't yet encountered any downsides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Covers a breadth of cloud use cases/products as well as basic diagramming shapes. It has helped us to interact effectively as well as brainstorm more efficiently on new ideas.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the good performance of Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, especially compared to Figma, which makes for a much smoother experience. The AI integration is also helpful, making it more efficient to create charts. The initial setup of the suite was straightforward, which I appreciate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want to let a local AI agent connect to Lucid and read information, which currently isn't possible.

I use the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to document project flow and spec out use cases efficiently. Its AI integration makes chart creation quicker, and it provides a smoother experience compared to Figma.
