Collaboration Made Simple, But Needs Performance Boost
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for its real-time functionality and ease of use. It allows my team to work simultaneously on diagrams and projects, improving communication and efficiency. I also appreciate being able to save and continue my work anytime, which adds flexibility to our workflow. Plus, the initial setup was pretty easy, making it straightforward to get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
Performance with large diagrams sometimes is slow and laggy. There is a delay in real-time updates, which in collaborative sessions with large diagrams, can lead to confusion or duplicated efforts being made.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for collaborative design, enabling my team and me to work simultaneously on projects and improve communication and efficiency. It's real-time, easy to use, and allows saving progress anytime, which enhances teamwork.
Intelligent Diagramming with Seamless Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to create flow charts and collaborate with my team, incorporating changes they all make. I find their vast range of toolkit and on point collaboration techniques to be the best. I like the intelligent diagramming, which provides value by automating the heavy lifting of manual creation. I was using draw.io but this is much better. The initial setup was pretty simple and straightforward.

Lucidchart + Lucidspark 🟰 Streamline Content Planning for my Internet 🛜 Publishing Industry
What do you like best about the product?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite across two organizations but I mainly use it in the internet publishing since I work remotely. I like how Lucidchart allows me to plan content by mapping out content strategies and planning editorial calendars
What do you dislike about the product?
I have never spotted any glitches while using LVCS in my internet publishing business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Idea generation through Artificial Intelligence available in Lucidspark allows me to brainstorm remotely with colleagues.
Very reliable tool with sufficient capabilities and design speed to create flowcharts
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, availability of an endless list of diagrams elements and more value for money compared to similar software. It’s functionality and ease of grasp of its menus makes building various aspects of a diagram very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool satisfied all my requirements I have never been disappointed with it and I know any time I have a suggestion a simple email to the support team will be well received.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tool enabled me to reformat all of our written fitness training procedures into flowchart format and fully integrate our Safety Procedures.
Fantastic diagram, flowchart and conceptual idea illustration software
What do you like best about the product?
I like all the available icons, connectors, arrows and adjustable lines which are very handy to me when creating organizational charts. With a few simple taps I can connect various elements and color schemes helps so much in shading different parts of the diagram.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I try to copy and paste into another document sometimes I lose the alignment although I need to make just a few changes to get it back to the original version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organizational charts have become more effective and attractive to the management. It’s been a great platform to develop process flows and facility construction conceptual ideas.
Provides excellent templates for flow chart starting point and faster diagram idea generation
What do you like best about the product?
This is a software that is easy enough to use and still gives presentation level flow chart output. The flow chart drawn can be edited, modified and manipulated endlessly. There is also a robust shape editor to help you further of you want more complex shapes to use in your drawings.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the usage of drawing flow charts that I am using it for I have not found any cons or features that are unreliable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I creat flow charts that help teach project management employees how to track timelines and critical project paths and use lines and arrows to connect the work required to get from one event to the next.
Flexible with great libraries to produce technical process flows by linking icons with arrowed lines
What do you like best about the product?
It has a great set of engineering and relationship symbols and general art tools that allow me to tailor my drawing to fit my needs. Customization is great, giving me a broad settings to most shapes and lines and this is the great capability to produce professional diagrams managing colors, line thickness and arrow ends.
What do you dislike about the product?
No bugs noticed with the tool and support simply answers questions reliably so this is really a fantastic tool for my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to draw diagrams of our entire data flow processes and also map out system connections. I’m able to quickly sketch out ideas for architecture flow and application integration.
The tool is really great to get detailed diagrams and project sequences created easily

There is literally a template for every for any diagram or flow chart I need for create and connecting shapes when sketching out a process is straightforward. Seamless import and export of Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite makes it my first choice when I want to create diagrams for presentations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be even better if I could draw an entire process and then easily break it up into multiple drawings.

I use it mostly to create flowcharts to enrich my articles and presentations that helps with project updates and saves time by making this process easy.
Powerful tool for collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I like the endless possibilities of creating charts,presentations and maps in a very simple and creative way.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's interface is a little complicated and I actually struggled a bit to understand it.

It allows me to create mind maps and flowcharts without any problem and also allows me to collaborate in real time on a. Single virtual whiteboard.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite allows me to create interactive and dynamic models of data which streamlines visualization and allows me to identify patterns, metrics, trends and correlation that are hard to discern from raw data.
What do you dislike about the product?
All has been well with Lucid for the past six years that I have been using it to visualize data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborating with other research team has been among the benefits that I relish with this Suite, mainly Lucidspark.
