Intuitive Design, Simplifies Workflow Organization

  • January 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the simplistic design of Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite and how it eases my workflow. I mostly use the diagrams, charts, and flowcharts, which are particularly useful for what I do. The initial setup was really easy, making it straightforward to start using the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think what could be improved is the easiness of it being shared to other people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to organize my work into smaller bits when it's unclear, solving organizational problems and helping me visualize work to be done.

Empowers Real-Time Collaboration Across Teams

  • January 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the real-time multi-user collaboration feature, which feels like a digital board combining whiteboard and Artex tool, helping teams reduce miscommunications and find faster solutions. The real-time editing allows simultaneous work without conflicts, making it great for distributed teams working remotely or in hybrid setups. Brainstorming, mapping architectures, and sketching flows become seamless, eliminating the slow back-and-forth of traditional methods like PowerPoint or PDF. Built-in communication tools such as comments, mentions, and chat, along with live updates, are also available. This feature enables teams to think, design, and align effectively, reducing friction.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when handling large complex diagrams, Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite can feel slow or buggy and hard to navigate. It has only basic version history and lacks more advanced version control features like git workflows, branching, or merging. The integrations, while working well with Jira and Confluence, could be improved with stronger GitHub sync and more DevOps-friendly automation. The mobile and tablet versions could also use enhancements for better performance. Improving these areas, like performance on large diagrams, deeper version control, stronger engineering integrations, and better enterprise governance, would make Lucid more valuable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for real-time multi-user collaboration, turning complex ideas into clear diagrams, facilitating better team alignment, and accelerating planning and execution. It helps us integrate tools, communicate visually, and centralize project documentation.

Streamlined Process Flows with Room for Improvement

  • January 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the ease of creating flows with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite. It's helpful in using the right elements like database, decision box, and process step, making it simple to connect complex flows with multiple decision stages. I also value the multiple elements available to represent architectural components, which saves me time. It's convenient to incorporate these flows into my Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and to visually explain to my customers how the process is going to be executed. Once I got the hang of the right components, using it became pretty straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
1) I would love to see how the basic flow can be provided using simple NLP prompts. E.g., 'I'm building a flow with Steps 1.... Step N, build me a basic flow for me to get started' and Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite builds me a flow which I can then edit to make the required changes. 2) I would like to see how Lucid allows me to create flows across various multiple swim lanes. The Process starts at the customer, moves to the client ecosystem components, then touches my product for particular steps, goes back to the client ecosystem, and back to the customer and then back to my system, etc. The ability to split the window into multiple sub-windows (depicting multiple personas) and have the flow shown across these multiple sub-windows within the same window. 3) Also a hover-over for each of the components, showing what they are intended to be used for, will give the new-starter an understanding of each of the components that Lucid chart is making available, this will be priceless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for building process flows. It helps with creating flows using relevant elements like decision boxes and database symbols. It saves time and integrates easily into PRDs, making it simple to demonstrate execution to customers.

Great experience, worth checking it out!

  • January 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Customizing org charts is an incredible feature for expansion planning, etc. It was great to map out different plans, and move pieces around incredibly efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to say here, its ease of use is impressive! The only knock I would say, if I had to really pick one, was the visual designs are a little bit underwhelming and standard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am now able to make custom org charts by department and slot in different pieces based on different timelines, etc.! It's been a huge help.

Simplifies Workflow Mapping with Easy Collaboration

  • January 09, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for idea creation, map workflows, and collaboration with my team members. It solves the problem of presenting map workflows in an easy-to-understand and visually appealing way, which is easy to share and saves me a lot of time. I like that it's easy to use and share with others, allowing them to work on it too. Without much explanation, those I share with can easily understand, so we can focus more on the features. The initial setup was very easy, with no learning curve needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find handling complex maps can sometimes feel slow, and I'd like more in-app guidance for those features to make it easier to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for mapping workflows and collaborating. It makes presenting workflows easy, visually appealing, and time-saving. It's easy to use, share, and collaborate, requiring minimal explanation, which helps us focus on features.

Intuitive Interface with Room for Automation

  • January 08, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for building different types of charts as part of my GTM enablement work. I find it incredibly helpful for creating structured charts, especially while revamping programs. I appreciate that it produces charts at a similar level to Figma but with a much easier and more user-friendly interface. I love the drag and drop nature which is simpler compared to Figma's more complex setup. The initial setup was very easy, and I really enjoyed the pre-made templates available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it got very manual, I think more automations or suggestions would speed things up. Figma has an AI agent now that works really well, I think Lucid could do something similar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite helpful for creating structured charts during program revamps. It offers a user-friendly drag and drop interface, making it easier to use than Figma. However, it can be too manual sometimes; more automations would improve speed.
