Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite Help Me Share My Thoughts And Ideas Lucidly.
What do you like best about the product?
I have found it particularly useful in leading meetings and presentations as it helps me create an environment where all participants can share their ideas hence allowing for more equitable discussions. Also, secure sharing of files enables us to collaborate as a team.
What do you dislike about the product?
A dark mode would be useful, especially as devices enable fully dark mode for most items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I utilize Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to enable collaboration with the ability to control the access rights on shared copies and the ability to see each others cursors on the diagram hence enabling a two way conversation in todays "remote" environment.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been a user of Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for a while and as a Senior Supervisor, Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has made it easy to collaborate with my team. When it comes to building out complicated workflows, Lucid is my go-to and I love their templates, as well as their options and building abilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
For almost 6 years now using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, I can't recall anything that has ever disappointed me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite help us to visualize how we will implement future projects and services. Some of my favorite features include the robust sweet of templates available to inspire what I create, the automated table of contents and various engagement features like reactions and polls.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has been a game changer for our remote teams. It became our go-to for our virtual workspace, providing solid support and making collaboration easier. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has been an efficient tool every step of the way and has been so intuitive. I really enjoy being able to collaborate with teams so easily, and having a visual website map that is easy to edit is key when working with many different clients.

There is nothing to dislike about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite. Only that initially had a hard time using it on different browsers.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has been able to help us build a flowchart that ensures the fluidity of the process. It dramatically reduces the problem of audit issues, problem hearsays and regulatory issues.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite as a general note taking platform so that we can organize ideas for later projects. I like its simplicity of use and seamless integration with Slack, Confluence, Notion, etc. As a manager, I am always scoping out projects and collaborating with multiple teams that are remote. It helps us put all our thoughts into one place and create a synced place that our projects live.

Looking forward to seeing more templates for different types of workflows.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite will always remain the best in the industry. It helps to keep ideas on one single page for viewing. It has really helped me to draft workflows, manage operational tasks and set up approval logic within the organization.
Intuitive, Excellent And Great Collaboration And Easy To Use Tool For Diagramming.
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is intuitive, user-friendly and easy to use. It has icons from AWS, GCP, etc that I need to describe what I'm creating. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is also super easy to use and share documents with others, duplicate tabs so we can each propose changes from a current solution. Collaborating with vendors and third parties makes it externally easy as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have much that I don't like about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, but dragging images bigger can be more precise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to document workflows, handoffs, SOPs, department, so that we have something that we can give people rather than just a verbal training or a text document, so something visual they can look at.

I love the amazing, super simple, and intuitive interface of Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite. Everything is available in the side panel and can be easily accessed. I appreciate the share feature and the ability to work simultaneously in the cloud. The initial setup was easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more free shapes. Also, having a dark mode and the ability to create mindmaps like in Miro would be great.

It has helped our team improve collaboration efficiency and time, and the initial setup process of this software is simple, allowing for a quick start on new projects. What do you dislike about the product?
I think it's because the flowchart might be quite large, so when I'm scrolling, I have to use the computer's touchpad instead of the mouse wheel. However, this is a bit unintuitive for me, so it will take some time to get used to it.

As a project manager, I really enjoy the visualization elements available on this platform. During brainstorming sessions with key stakeholders, we leverage the whiteboard feature to jot down notes and capture ideas in real time. When it comes to aligning key stakeholders, we use the tool to build convincing timelines that highlight key milestones and help everyone stay on the same page. We also frequently use the flowchart features to better understand the flow of information and the interconnectivity between teams. Overall, the tool enhances our ways of working and serves as a powerful way to communicate information that is often complex.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, our integrations let us down and don’t translate well into Confluence, which we use as our source of documentation. While we can work around this by exporting the visuals as PDF or PNG files, more seamless integrations would help us fully leverage this tool within our existing ways of working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid has been a game-changer for how we handle the "messy" phases of a project. We mainly use the live whiteboard for kickoff sessions with critical stakeholders, and it completely solves the problem of misaligned expectations. Instead of just talking through a deck, we build the vision together in real-time, which ensures everyone feels heard and stays on the same page from day one.
I enjoy the nice charts I can create and the organization in Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite.

Powerful Collaboration with Room for UI Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate being able to collaborate, as it allows my team to give their input. I like its integration with Confluence because I can add my diagrams without needing to copy them over, and any changes I make to the Lucidchart diagram are automatically reflected in the document. I also value the ability to import certain formats, which lets me use advanced AI tools to create mock diagrams as scaffolding.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find their UI to be lacking sometimes, and on the creation side there is too much clutter for me and is confusing. On the UI side it is confusing for me to navigate the browsing and home page, I'm not able to find the right page to be to find my docs correctly. And for the UI clutter, there are too many tools that are right there in one place with titles or 'i' icons for more info on what the tool does so I have to click on it and mess around to find which tool I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid makes it easy for me to add informative diagrams to my confluence Technical docs. It integrates nicely and any changes made to the Lucid Diagram is reflected on the confluence version that was added. This reduces the friction where I would have to otherwise screenshot and add images of the diagram.
I can collaborate with my team and together make changes while discussing business flows and making changes as discussions take place. This was a problem as we would be iterating over images and someone alone might me making changes later. With lucid we would numerous times be in calls discussing some architecture and that will be easily updates in the diagram and reflected in the docs it was used in.
