An Impactful Project Planning And Brainstorming Software.
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is the perfect tool for creating flowcharts and process diagrams. It makes it easy to illustrate complex processes so that they can be quickly understood. We can show the client offers will be made and how traffic is segmented based upon audience response.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have much to dislike about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite. Only that there could be better support for Apple pencil.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite provides a single, centralized location where all team members can work together collaboratively to solve a problem or brainstorm alternative strategies. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite's support is the best, always ready to assist.

What do you like best about the product?
I really love the visual nature of Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite. If you could see my workspace, you would see all the post-it notes all over my monitors, scattered around my desk, sticking out of my notebook, stacked everywhere on my walls, etc. Having Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has helped me to organize my thoughts and has helped the team understand what I'm thinking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Smartlines need to be easier to use and more obvious when they are active vs not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is great for virtual whiteboard and brainstorming, and amazing for remote team collaboration. I love how it helps to cut through multiple rounds of review and refine, and allows us to collaborate faster and more confidently for internal and client-facing deliverables.
Great Diagram Tools and Smooth Real-Time Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
The available diagram tools are great, and the collaborative approach is greatly appreciated. I can present directly from Lucid and with a direct link users can explore the visuals in realtime without any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue i've ever ran into is the load time on older systems, but that is more a browser resource optimization issue than about the app. There's no other frequent problems with our usage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to brainstorm using visual cues with collaborators across the globe with minimal latency. That was a recurrent issue we had before using Lucid, remote solution design sessions were not very effective before.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for quite a long time and what I like most about it is how easy it is to get started with. We are using it in a variety of ways, flowcharts, journey maps, Org charts, etc. It's a great visual workspace that combines diagramming, collaboration and data visualization to accelerate understanding and drive innovation.

At times, I find integrations hard to set up.

I love Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite since it's great for journey maps. I can put a lot of different information and channels and diagram it easily. It makes it easier to create organized and efficient data flows in minutes, improve and standardize any process with organized flowcharts.
Effortless Diagrams, Minimal Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for infrastructure diagrams and appreciate that it's easy to start with since it's web-based. I don't need to download anything or purchase a Visio license, which is great. Sharing is easy, and I like the cool iconography it offers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more icons to choose from, and sometimes Firefox acts weird with it.

It's easy to start, web-based, and I don't have to download or pay for a Visio license.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is to use. It's a really straightforward tool. I've tried some of the AI features, and while they could be improved, they're a good starting point. I also find the initial setup pretty easy since I was already familiar with Lucid.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI tool could definitely be improved. It doesn't always listen to what I'm trying to describe.

I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for creating charts and collaborating with colleagues. It solves the problem of making complex, connected flowcharts beyond basic slides.

I like that Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite help improve efficiency by mapping out financial processes such as expense approvals, donations and grants management in business unit.

Lucidspark limits editable boards to three on free trial - this isn’t an issue anymore since my organization upgraded to team tier.

Lucidchart help me create visual diagrams for budgeting and forecasting.

I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite on a daily basis to visualize IT infrastructures and systems in my Pharmaceutical Manufacturing industry. It enables me to pinpoint bottlenecks across the entire process of manufacturing by optimizing each stage through visual org charts.

Even though Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite comprise of Lucidchart and Lucidspark, you must pay for each to unlock all features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross team collaboration improves productivity in my organization with Lucidspark’s whiteboards.

Excellent And Robust Tool For Collaboration And Process Improvement.
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is very instrumental in our day-to-day job functions as it allows quick access to draw and sketch ideas and flows. It is a valuable resource to the organization, as viewing a flowchart enables the organization to identify bottlenecks and create solutions to remedy them. Color-coding of shapes make flowcharts more clear visually.
What do you dislike about the product?
Altering, selecting and moving arrows can be a bit tough because some handles overlap with the red dots for creating additional arrows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is great to document and map operational processes to identify areas of improvement and ensure alignment and accountability across departments. I also love how it encourages collaboration across teams, and setting expectations and responsibilities across teams.
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite: Powerful, Brand-Friendly Workflow Builder.
What do you like best about the product?
Overall, Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is a powerful workflow builder particularly useful to huge organizations implementing new and updated process flows across multiple regions, departments and demographics. It is very easy to customize shapes for diagrams to match your brand strategy. Additionally, I like the ability to share diagrams and allow other team members to simultaneously participate in the same diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
When a workflow is spread out over multiple pages, the view can become small even with a large screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Out of several diagramming tools I have tested for my team, Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is the best of all worlds. It is extremely useful for drafting plans for database design, application ecosystems, application design and communicating requirements efficiently.
