What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use GUI with ready-made templates
What do you dislike about the product?
If you do not have a ready-made template, it takes time to develop your specific solution

Using visual representation to present complex topics
Easy to recommend since it will run on any platform that supports a browser.
What do you like best about the product?
Collaboration. The ability to edit and view drawings with other users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Converting VISIO or Omnigraffle drawings isn't a super great experience. The stencils don't translate over very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of whether to use Omnigraffle or Visio, and how to share with others to collaborate.

Good luck importing Omnigraffle stencils!
Nice to have within Lucidchart as a Miro competitor

More accessible and inviting for brainstorming as compared to Lucidchart

More brainstorming, simplified process mapping, and collaboration where we can't afford a massive learning curve for new users.
Great tool! Hard to collaborate
What do you like best about the product?
It's all online - so it saves files. It's mac friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to collaborate with guests. My guest spent 20 minutes trying to get in but we couldn't figure out how they could have same collaboration options.

Creating work flows, process charts and tables which need multiple people involvement

It has an extremely easy to learn interface.

The most significant complaint is price. However, the free tools we looked at cannot compare to this product in terms of flexibility and security.

no dislikes so far and I find the solution to be very flexible

I solving a wide range needs, flow charts for operations and floor planing both for office space and warehousing

I used a free trial at first, I wouldn´t hesitate to make the very small leap to try the solution.

The collaborative features are outstanding and the direct link to LucidChart interface and designs makes co-creation and co-design a breeze.

Little to complain about here - the experience to date has been excellent.

In terms of remote alignment, co-design and co-creation, it's excellent.
