Great tool for technology architects
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to create shapes, add graphics, and make lines/connections between objects that automatically adjust when moving the objects around.
What do you dislike about the product?
I often work with clients without Lucidchart subscriptions. Exporting diagrams to alternative formats can be time consuming, and doesn't always capture the diagram properly (exports to Visio in particular).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to quickly create, organize, and share good looking technology architecture diagrams.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use the free trial and experiment with the big library of templates.
Lucidspark feedback
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you dont have to install any third party software. Nice graphs and flowcharts, easy to use tools, allows for effective collaboration
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems i cant make the font of the charts and graphs bigger when downloading it to PDF or JPEG format. Also I wish there is a way where Lucid would provide more features in the free version to get a better feel of the full product
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for our Kanban, online group collaboration is an effective benefit
Easy to get started, need to invest in custom templates
What do you like best about the product?
How quick and easy it is to create, share, and upvote ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more data processes/icons that were pre-built so one must customize this for your nneds
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mapping data flows and designing data management processes. We've enabled cross-functional teams to visualize new processes.
Consistent and Fast Visual Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid is an incredibly versatile and useful tool that I use almost daily. I can find options quickly that help me to build flows, lofi page skeletons, and other diagrams that I use to help explain concepts and flows. The fact I can share my results quickly also provides big value to me and my team. All work is saved instantly and I can get back to my work quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see a favorites shape setting and a more useful implementation of swim lanes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflows, page ideation, current vs target overlays
Lucidspark is a great app to use, especially right now when so many of us are working remotely!
What do you like best about the product?
The apps modern design & user-friendly functionality is the best, it enables to bring members of a team together to share ideas and build a visible pattern workflow for multiple users to engage with.
What do you dislike about the product?
The disadvantages would be the availability of other features that would bring more audience to the app and increase business efficiency, i.e @mentions features, chat/messaging users, alerts & notifying users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The app is helping us to collaborate online remotely, to brainstorm ideas and turn our ideas into actionable results, i.e design workflows & operational processes for both internal & external stakeholders. The app gives users complete transparency and is the basis for providing legal support documentation.

Review: LucidSpark
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to collaborate with others is what I love most. It's simple, intuitive, and fun to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly don't have feedback here yet. I haven't found anything that I could add here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like I mentioned above, I love the collaboration that can be easily implemented with LucidSpark. I'm a strong advocate for including 4C skills in the classroom, and this is my go-to tool to help students communicate vitually, collaborate, and brainstorm ideas.
Useful collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
Physical whiteboards were always a staple of brainstorming sessions at my company, pre-COVID. LucidSpark has allowed us to carry forward that tradition in a virtual way, which fits seamlessly into our company personnel interactions. The most important aspect of any tool such as this is the ability to provide functionality, without it getting in your way. LucidSpark is both feature rich, but also intuitive, and very nimble in it's functionality. The ability to import LucidChart documents is also a major plus for us. We also appreciate the teams integration, allowing us to link certain whiteboards in our teams channels/chats. The templates are also very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the purpose in which we use the tool, there are not many cons for us. I would like to see the entire extended list of shapes available in LucidChart, available in LucidSpark. We've become accustomed to translating diagram ideas with an internal standard of shapes and functions, and are not fully able to replicate this in LucidSpark. I do wish that at our level of subscription, comments and presentation builder were included in LucidSpark's offering, but I can see how an organization that just wants a simple digital whiteboard could forgo those features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The major problem that lucidspark helps us address is being able to actively and in real-time collaborate during any project's ideation step. The major limitation of other collaborative software we use is that the real-time drawing tools and sketching capabilities are limited. There are no excellent online equivalents in the rest of the Microsoft 365 suite, so lucidspark fills an important niche
