  • April 29, 2021
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
All the examples and templates available as a starting point. I also love the information that is helpful right there in the app. The libraries are very neat and makes for pretty charts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The controls can be finicky to get just right and the software can be overwhelming since it does so much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it mostly for UML diagram and it solves the problem of slow learning with the code based plantUML plugin for IntelliJ.

There are tons of abilities with lucidspark. I feel like I am constantly learning a new tool that can up collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all the abilities are inherently known. I also dislike that more people seem to use Miro which isn't a fault of lucidspark, I just prefer your product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to collaborate with design teams with ease. We enjoy affinity mapping and building tables and user journeys in Lucidspark.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Good UX/UI and filled with practical features

  • April 28, 2021
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The voting option is very practical when collaborating, just like the breakout boards. I appreciated the spell check feature (when exporting). The main PRO would be sticky notes that can be easily organized in whatever model you like and comments can be added to them. Finally, the integration options seem to be very complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would have liked to see better and more varied templates, it wasn't the best part of the web app in my opinion. Although a great feature-packed app, it does lack some pop-ups/tutorials for a first time user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brainstorming strategies, pain-points and customer journeys as well as opportunities for new market development. Perfect for sharing the link in a meeting and hacking away at the brainstorm together.

What do you like best about the product?
The ablility to create relationships between objects and putting sticky notes to add call-outs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Font/formatting control isn't that strong. I.e., can't have different font within a single sticky note or object box
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are creating object models for system implementations and creating process flows for business workflows. Also suitable for creating mind maps when brainstorming.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to create diagrams and workflow models on the fly while collaborating with teams. Adding comments and connectors in a meaningful way
What do you dislike about the product?
Seems to use up a lot of the CPU power even on a brand new macbook pro 2020 and adding post its vs text boxes isn't always the
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Diagraming out data models for a software configuration as well as decision trees for key processes. Great visual tool to help drive greater understanding of a workflow but also greater compliance

What do you like best about the product?
User friendliness and agility, possibility to extract relevant data, flow and so on
What do you dislike about the product?
The cursor so move within the page some times is difficult to quickly move and find what needed in wide pages

Great tool

  • April 26, 2021
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity to draft and create with unlimited space
What do you dislike about the product?
The only exception, I would say, will be the limited amount of icons to play around with, but it is part of the simplicity. So I cannot have a valid exception
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am drafting business processes that have not been mapped. The benefits were that because there is no limitation, exploring and identifying areas that are not aligned or identified was easily readable due to the "no rules."

The ultimate tool for your ideation and discovery process

  • April 23, 2021
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The ability for team collaboration and sharing the documents even with read only rights when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
That there is no straigth forward access to the tool - you need to click on "new" so you choose what tool you want to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The very complex in most cases ideation process when lots of people that need to be involved and are distributed or are in different time zones. We have a very complex process of clarifying ideas and several iterations need to be carried out, the tool helps us a lot to be more organised and focused. We realized that we are can achive more in terms of focues and time frame due to the ability each team to elaborate on the same document on their own time and pace.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to have a clear vision and the ability to manage team's collaboration with confidence that you know what you are doing, LucidSpark can help you with that and can give yourself and your teams the freedom of being focused on the actuall work instate of worring how you and when you can do it.

Excellent tool for collaboration, white-boarding and solutions design

  • April 23, 2021
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It is excellent to have Collaboration features - I can use it as a whiteboard or interactive tool to reflect the native whiteboarding experience. Templates of the objects are also very handy, and you can quickly start from something but not a draft. People can break out into different teams and work in parallel. Copy-pasting of images is excellent as it is easy and secure. I also like exports of the boards into native formats as pdf, jpg, etc
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a limitation for giant whiteboards - guest cannot add items for them if there are more than 400 items (or something like this)
Improve sharing options - password protection would be working great for some of the teams.
Have more templates and objects.
Working with grids is not simple - interactions could be simpler to add grids and edit them. Sometimes we discuss grid formats, so we need quickly to modify columns there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Im using it for Whiteboarding sessions when we need design solution. It is very great working for interactive sessions when you let the people work. It is very good for breakouts and manage teams.
As well we can use it as a project scoping and project design tool or even KANBAN tool. I did not used it for this, but it might be a case to try it in. a nearest future.

Benifits is surely - clean and simple designs that are supporting product implementation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A must tool for solution architects and people working with solutions
