Great tool for team visual planning
What do you like best about the product?
"I really like how easy it is to jump into a canvas and start brainstorming with the team. The real-time collaboration is super smooth, and we rarely face any lag even with multiple people on the board. The library of templates is a huge time-saver for creating quick flowcharts and diagrams without starting from scratch
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the board can get a bit cluttered when too many people are working on it at once, which makes it hard to find specific elements. Also, the pricing for the individual pro plan feels a bit steep compared to some of the free alternatives out there, especially if you only need the advanced features occasionally
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It really helps us cut down on long meetings. Instead of trying to explain a complex workflow over a call, I can just map it out in Lucid and share the link. It has made our project documentation much clearer and helped everyone on the team stay on the same page without the usual back-and-forth emails
Working Remotely?? Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite Is A Must Have For Remote Collaboration.
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is available across the organization. It is very easy to get started. You can open a board and start putting stick notes on it right away. I love that you can share a board with colleagues, use it real-time to collaborate on a story map by putting sticky notes together from an entire team, or take notes together.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite together with my team and until today I haven't heard any complaints about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has solved many problems. It helps us to create flowcharts for how we want our projects to work. It also allows our team to quickly ideate and solve problems remotely.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite facilitates brainstorming by allowing everyone to contribute simultaneously, and keeps work and ideas safe in the cloud even when technology fails. I also like how it helps extroverted and introverted team members contribute simultaneously on the same playing ground, hence encouraging a greater diversity of ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit limited on the amount of content in the free version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has helped us eliminate communication issues and barriers as we can engage and communicate remotely. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite also saves time by allowing us to quickly design flowcharts.

I mostly use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for organizing my thoughts visually when working on complex tasks like project planning, workflows, or explaining ideas. Great for Visual Collaboration, Learning Curve Present
What do you like best about the product?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for creating process diagrams and flow charts for my app. I appreciate how it eases the creation of flow charts and helps in visualizing my ideas. I like the whiteboard feature, which has been helpful for drawing out ideas in my design thinking subject. The ability to create Venn diagrams is great for voting on ideas based on feasibility, viability, and desirability. I also enjoy the collaboration feature, which is essential when working as a team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit complex to navigate as there are a variety of features, I had to look up a tutorial on YouTube to understand it. Making it beginner-friendly would be appreciated. The initial setup is a bit tough.

User-Friendly Tool with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I found Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite very user-friendly and easy to use. I really appreciated the tips and tricks it provided throughout, like the right-click button moving the screen and things like that. The initial setup was also very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a little difficult to assign the boxes in the flowchart to the positions that I wanted them in. It would rearrange other boxes whenever I moved one. So it definitely took me a while to get it formatted the way I wanted to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite made it easier to create flowcharts, allowing me to bypass limitations of tools like PowerPoint or Canva. It enabled me to create the flowchart when other options were unavailable.

What do you like best about the product?
-Effective Cloud visualization system which has intelligent diagraming via Lucidchart function and its real time collaboration and the brainstorming and also mapping various complex processes this tool is excellent.
The data integration functions allows smooth connectivity to various data sources like Google Sheets among others to effectively update diagrams automatically and gathering vbarious teams feedback through system is perfect.
