Quick beautiful charts

  • June 21, 2021
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to create and modify pretty flow charts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I could not find useful templates for the charts I was creating. So, I ended up building them from scratch. It was also a bit cumbersome to search through the templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Charts are much easier to work with than in PPT or another software suite.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Lucidspark is a great resource with which to quickly create informative and compelling infographics and flowcharts

I like the ability to create any type of chart easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some times when I wish it would better react to my line connecting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I tend to use Lucidspark to create folder mapping for online content repositories. This allows me to know exactly how the folders flow so that I can manage them more easily.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the out-of-the-box templates the most, and I use the system diagrams a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
I modeled in Sparx enterprise architect, and I could not find a feature to import the diagrams from this toolset. Draw.io, on the other hand, works fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Standardizing the way we model across many development teams is essential for our technology team.

Lucidchart is king, when it comes to collaborative diagramming.

  • June 20, 2021
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart integrates with common applications I use on a regular in the workplace like Github, and Dropbox.

Lucidchart has a strong cloud based architecture, which supports multiple persons working on the same diagramming projects remotely.

Lucidchart drag and drop design, allows me complete diagramming tasks faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there isn't nothing much to not like about Lucidchart. Although, I do believe its template libraries do not contain enough use-scenarios for wireframes and even regular process maps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My job role requires me preparing wireframes and process chartmaps for software projects . Using Lucidchart for creating wireframes and chartmaps, has allowed me and my team to easily locate possible gaps, or shortcomings in most software project architecture.

Awesome Process Mapping & Diagramming tool

  • June 17, 2021
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Chart is simple to learn and use as a diagramming tool. I have used it to model and represent various industry business processes, Organisation Charts, Mind Maps, and customized analyses. A digital software with lots of collaborative and cloud capabilties. Easy to train fellow users and make them adopt simple diagrams and maps. There are a lot of predefined templates and analysis models for the user to present ideas and information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike about this tool; pricing can be something that needs to be economical. Lucid charts can onboard more industry-wise scenarios and use cases into their templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are preparing various process models for the manufacturing industry and identifying gaps in the process using gap analysis templates—end to End Business Analyst tasks and analyses done using Lucid Charts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy and collaborative platform. Predefined templates save a lot of your time and energy. Lucid charts is worth considering over other diagramming tools.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucidspark can add multiple sticky notes simultaneously with multiple people editing at the same time. Also, you can assign specific colors to collaborators.
What do you dislike about the product?
The individual breakout boards do not update real-time on the home screen if any changes are made inside the breakout section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidspark solves the problem of creating an agile planning board online, especially in this situation when everyone is working from home.

Great Tool for making quick and easy charts for tasks and features

  • June 15, 2021
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It shows a good perspective of the tasks required for a Feature as part of a Project.

Many people have access to the same chart and everybody can identify which tasks still need to completed in the flow.

Templates can be created to be re-used in the future.

Customizable shapes where data such as estimated time can be inputed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get messy when there are a lot of tasks on the chart with subtasks, since it requires a bit more of work to customize the data input to calculate estimated times.

Having a lot of different connection on the chart can make it a bit harder to move things around without overlapping the connection arrows.

Difficult to use the copy and paste feature to duplicate a specific section, I needed to select all the items and connection lines separately to make a perfect copy. Trying to select the section with the mouse would pickup the entire board where the chart section was.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better Management and Visualization of the tasks by using a chart system.

We are able to evaluate the full extend of the tasks at hand by creating an overview of the projects Feature and Tasks and their relation between them

We can put a time estimate on each of the tasks for a feature and better evaluate the workforce required and total time needed.

The best art of Lucid Spark is the ability to collaborate live.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automatically changing the size of the font is a bit annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving problems related to realizing a product's information architecture. Lucid Spark has many benefits and makes it easy to map things out quickly.
