What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that it is straightforward and very easy to use. It allows you to work simultaneously with a colleague on the same project, halving the time it would otherwise take.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only suggestion to improve that I can give is to add more font to choose from, in order to provide more personality and creativity to the project you are working on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management is the main benefit I obtained by using this website!

Redefines Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
The software is extremely user-friendly. From the moment you sign up for your account, you're automatically taken for a short site tour, making it easy to familiarize yourself with the plethora of tools available to you as graph, chart and collaborate. You can do everything from color coding, sticky-noting, commenting, etc. making the user experience appealing to everyone. Perfect for a world that's transitioning to a work-from-home era enabling teams to still be in creative and collaborative environments while being in different locations physically.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to encounter something I don't like about the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are working with international teams where process flows look different in each location as needs are different based on clientele in each location. It's been great to brainstorm and collaborate with our main office in California while working with our team out here in Barcelona.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly recommend taking a moment to play around and get familiar with the software to feel better equipped during creative streams and collaboration.

Easy to Use - good templates
What do you like best about the product?
It took about half an hour to get pretty proficient at creating simple workflows. I was able to easily modify my initial workflow, and it "snaps" your shapes into the same grid as your other shapes, making the workflow look smooth and professional. I tried the free trial and liked it enough to subscribe.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tutorials weren't very useful, I'm more of a reader-learner and the videos were too fast and not detailed enough. I ended up just trial and error teaching myself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using it to do process mapping, it's helpful for seeing where bottlenecks are or duplication of effort.

It's definitely worth a try

I dislike that i could only buy 3-5 licenses or 6-10, i just wanted 6 licenses and there didn't seem to be an option to purchase this

We are drawing all of our pub layouts - we have over 1700 so this a really useful tool

sometimes the links we send out take a little longer for employees to log onto without creating an account

Team bonding for remote workers across the country. Benefits are that all team members are able to see what others are doing so if they have questions they can look at other examples

Maybe it needs more improvement in the backyard.

It helps about showing the brainstorming chart. We can see the root, and we can go forward at the same time.

Super Easy & Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive it is to use. I have used this in the past for project flow & operations flow, and the updates made each time are always handy. Also very easy to convert to use for power point presentations.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike. I did find it a little tricky setting up beyond the trial, but now it's good to go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company is rapidly growing. Just getting started introducing this program. It has been helpful providing an org chart & layout to the team, displaying our presence overall.

Its all very pretty. Not really anything negative.

We document our Software code with Lucid Parks. The benefit is that all team mates can work at the same time and see what each other is doing. So we can work on it together in business meetings.
