Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite: The Industry's Best Charting Platform.
What do you like best about the product?
It is very intuitive and so far has been the easiest project diagramming tool I have experienced to date. It's really a good and fantastic tool for building and maintaining org charts, and it's so much better than anything else I have used in the past. I like how it provides us with the ability to produce organizational charts that represent the current and future state of employment within the organization for advisors, C-Suite and all internal employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything right now that I like least about this great application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is great as it allows us to easily create manual or automated organizational charts, and how it allows us to rearrange chart details as needed while still maintaining a source database. Also, I love how it seamlessly integrates with Google cloud which makes it easier for others to contribute and comment on the work.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for more than 6 years and I like how it makes workflow, project management and systems mapping a breeze. Simple and easy to use, very intuitive design, and the templates functions help keep my array of charts looking clean and uniform.
What do you dislike about the product?
More design elements could be better. Nothing much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has been a great experience. It enables my team to easily create and share diagrams and working with them is easier. Another huge bonus is how it provides a web based tool that allows easy access to process flows and diagrams to all team members.

I like how Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite helps to design our business process in a meaningful way, and helps to better understand our requirements and makes it easy to convert into technical solutions. It is being used by the whole organization and helps to achieve our documentation for complex flow charts very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
It keeps on disconnecting if idle for some time, though this not a major issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the benefits is that you can have free draw with keyboard shortcuts. We also use it to diagram entity relationships and system landscapes, and internally we use it to build flowcharts to design our solutions to hand off to the configuration team.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite across the whole organization and I can say it does marvelous. I like the fact that it is serverless, you don't need to install another program to create diagrams, you just open a new tab and there you are, ready to go. It has any shape that you can think of, and Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is always updating them.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is intuitive, flexible and adjustable. There is nothing to dislike about it.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite helps us to brainstorm, and in our splint review the team can collaborate together. It is intuitive, easy to use and has many templates with instructions on how to use them, which makes it so much easy to get started.

I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for creating flow charts, process diagrams, and team brainstorming sessions. It helps me with project planning, visualizing complex workflows, and documenting system architectures. Lucid provides a centralized platform where everyone can view and edit diagrams in real-time, reducing miscommunication and ensuring everyone is on the same page. I like its intuitive interface and extensive template library. The drag-and-drop functionality makes it incredibly easy to create professional-looking diagrams quickly, even for team members who aren't design-savvy. The real-time collaboration features are excellent, allowing multiple people to work on the diagram simultaneously without conflicts. I also appreciate the wide variety of integration with tools like Slack, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Teams, which makes it seamless to incorporate into our existing workflow. The smart formatting and auto-alignment features save a lot of time in making diagrams look polished. The presentation mode is fantastic for stakeholder meetings, allowing us to present diagrams in a clean, full-screen view and walk through complex workflows step-by-step. The commenting and feedback features are helpful for collaboration, especially with remote team members in different time zones. I really appreciate the export options to PDF and PNG. The version history feature has saved us multiple times when we needed to revert changes or see how the process evolved over time. Initial setup was very straightforward, and most team members were able to start creating diagrams within 10 minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing can be a bit steep, especially for larger teams, making it challenging to get licenses for everyone who might benefit from access. Performance can sometimes lag when working with larger or complex diagrams with many elements. The mobile app experience could be better; it's functional for viewing but editing on mobile devices is clunky and limited compared to desktop. I would also like to see more advanced data visualization capabilities and better offline mode functionality. Sometimes the learning curve for advanced features can be steep for new users and it would be helpful to have more in-app tutorials.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for roadmapping and brainstorm/whiteboard sessions with my team. I really like the templates because they give me a good foundation to iterate off of, even if I don't utilize all of a specific template. The interface is intuitive and helpful, making it easy to bring new ideas to life and get everyone on the same page. Setting it up was very easy; I tried the free trial and then got further access once the trial ended.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't really been able to incorporate any data linking yet.

Simple, Hassle-Free Flowcharts in Seconds with Lucid
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is its simplicity. While other diagramming tools waste my time with steep learning curves, Lucid allows me to create flowcharts in seconds, completely hassle-free.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all. Initially I used to believe that Lucid was only in English but later I realized I can change language to my mother tongue (Spanish) and that works perfectly for me

Lucid helps me create flowcharts easily. With other tools, it was more complicated for me.
Effortless AWS Integration, Needs Clearer Licensing
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it was fairly easy to connect my AWS account and generate a map using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite. The initial setup was easy and well gated, and I was able to create my logical map within ten or fifteen minutes once I managed to enable the trial. It's one of the only options available rather than manually creating a map.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the licensing and trial versions a little bit confusing. There were multiple options, and the trial was hidden among them. It would be better if the trial versions were clearer and more accessible, like being the first option or just easier to find.

I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to create a logical map of my AWS environment, saving time over manual mapping.
Greatest Of All Time Collaboration Software For Brainstorming And Mind maps.
What do you like best about the product?
With Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, it is super easy to collaborate with cross-functional team. We love that it is all on one page and user-friendly. The different colored sticky notes help us easily identify tasks based on levels of urgency. Anytime you need to have multiple people on a document collaborating on a task or an assignment, Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is perfect.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't yet noticed any areas of improvement so I lack nothing to dislike about it.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has been very easy and intuitive to use, and the amount of clarity and visualization it allows us has been so fantastic and most valuable. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is a great tool, easy to use and gives all team members an opportunity to participate and contribute.
Great Online Diagramming Tool With Excellent Collaboration And Well-Stocked Libraries Of Templates.
What do you like best about the product?
The provided templates are very useful, specifically, our team uses cloud architecture templates for different stages of solution design. Additionally, I have used Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to help make decisions by creating diagrams that accurately represent reality. It's a great tool for documenting ideal processes, designing user flows and lots of other aspects of experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, lines get twisted up and can be annoying to fix.

I like Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite very much. It's a great and excellent tool to collaborate and brainstorm online. It has very useful features and Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite's whiteboard works really well with graphic tablets.
