Usability and Simplicity
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ease of use and simplicity of the platform. Very user-friendly, even for those that are technologically challenged.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to moderate user activity. I'd like to see functionality to assign access based on levels and roles and control more of the posted content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping project members and stakeholders abreast of changes and goals within the projects. Ability to house all related materials in a central location.
A great collaborative experience
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidspark is a great tool to create multiple documents that are shared quickly with other teammates. The ability to make workflow diagrams and collaborate in real-time is enormous when you are trying to working in an agile, fast pace environment. I love the ability to create boards and logically organize my documents!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wished there were fewer limitations during the trial before you need to upgrade. I didn't feel like I could fully experience all of the functionality before I hit my limits when it came to creating different documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidspark is allowing us to collaborate with our clients by sharing documents through features such as anonymous guests. Document collaboration is a huge benefit when it comes to managing relationships with multiple clients without having to purchase additional licensing.
Quick and Easy to Set Up Great Looking Charts
What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive this UI is. I've used similar applications in the past, and they leave you hunting around for the buttons you know you need, but don't know the location of. In LucidCharts, I feel as though I was able to breeze through creating my first set of flowcharts, as everything was so simple to figure out. I've created a series of flowcharts for our organization's production support team, and each document was completed in less than 30 minutes. I've also been able to go back in and make minor edits/changes to these charts, which was again extremely quick and easy to do. Overall, I'm really happy with LucidCharts, and my managers are happy with how quickly I'm turning out great-looking supplemental materials.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't really found anything that I dislike yet. I've been using LucidCharts for a week, and during that time I was able to create exactly what I wanted to create (and in very short order).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, we're just trying to organize some of our teams' workflows. We started with brainstorming meetings, where a lot of information was drafted on whiteboards. I took pictures of these, and was able to easily recreate (and improve upon) them in no time at all.
Lucid spark is fairly simple to use.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of being able to share with people and they can also edit and contribute.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's relatively easy for someone to move things around and mess up the document, but you can prevent it by not giving them edit access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it to make a hazard assessment, and its helps ensure employee know how to use certain equimpment.
Easy and time saving tool
What do you like best about the product?
I have used lucidspark few days back on my one of the project wherein I had to create multiple branches of tree showing organizational chart. This app made things much easier for me to do same. I liked the connection mechanism (lines and arrow adopting shapes on its own)
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if you can describe more about packages that you are offering before anybody starts working on site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been creating a organisation chart which was very difficult for me to create. Lucidsparks provided the platform wherein I can create same in short span and in efficient way
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Those who are working on any creating business models or any BPI ( Business process improvements) can use this tool in effective way. It gives you platform with various options and you will definitely save much time.
Great tool for faster collaborative development/planning
What do you like best about the product?
Integrations with 3rd parties like AWS and Atlassian, which makes it easy to pull existing data and increase productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
With great power comes great responsibilities, with lots of integrations and feature sometimes it gets hard to navigate around by ourself and have to rely on demo video to understand how to do stuff, which can be improved with some UX changes.

An excellent tool for visualization, dataflow and charting

It is very intuitive to use LucidSpark and pretty user friendly interface

There are not enough functions for free account and I ended up having to sign up for 1 week free trial.

Problems - trying to explain code logic flow to coworkers using the flow chart diagrams
Benefits- this is much easier and understandable then conducting a meeting and explaining to team members, especially when everyone is working from home.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been a long-time user of Lucidchart, so was excited to try their new product. So far the product works well, and is easy to use!

I struggled in the beginning to follow the tutorials, but I figured it out in the end

I like the open canvas and the ability for everyone to be actively involved. Its fun watching people work with you in real-time :)
