I can collaborate on diagrams with colleagues in real-time.

With multiple users editing a document at once, there can be lag.

Go for the premium accounts as they provide more benifits and featured than the unpaid one
Super easy tool to use!
What do you like best about the product?
I needed to make some flow charts and needed to do it fast. Lucidchart was simple and straightforward to use and allowed me to quickly set up flow charts on their trial plan. As my flow charts got more complicated I was asked to upgrade and it was an easy decision, at that point, to invest.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far! Excellent user interface and tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building flow charts for sales and marketing campaigns for clients. Works like a champ.

If you need to create diagrams or flow charts, Lucidchart is the tool to use.

A collaborative tool for virtual whiteboarding which enables positive thinking and documentation
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact you can use the board as a means to tell a story. At no point do you lose visibility of the initial work carried out by a group of people. Being able to evolve those ideas and watch them progress via a single viewpoint is extremely powerful. The tools available to enhance your visualisation and creative ideas are endless, and having pre-defined templates make pulling together structured information much easier.

I can't think of anything I dislike about Lucidspark

We are redefining our internal models, key processes, technical artifacts, and ways of working, which enable us to work better as a business and deliver value more quickly to our end customers.
Excellent Program - Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I thought the program was straightforward to use and navigate. I'm not a "computer person," so I was worried I'd have difficulty figuring out how to use the program.

The signup process was a little challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was trying to create a flow chart of different processes my firm uses. We are building out a new CRM system and need to think through how everything works on a granular level. Working on a flow chart about each step helped me better understand the process and how we can create efficiencies.

The program is very straightforward and cost-effective. I highly recommend it to anyone who needs to think through how something works on a granular level.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use of Lucid charts is excellent. The best thing is the vast amounts of learning options on the internet. I am very pleased with the graphics interface as well as the simplicity of the GUI.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a lot more symbols and graphics. We can really benefit from more inserts and even more in color.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Network Designs, Office Layout, Workflow - you name it, we use it for all processes and procedures. We use it to visualize our designs and our ideas.

GUI is fantastic. So easy to create dependency graphs, flow charts, system diagrams, and much more.

Nothing I can think of honestly. It's perfect for what I need from it.

System diagram creation, state charts, sequence diagrams. Lots of stuff to communicate complex ideas in simple pictures
