Efficient Interface for Flow Chart Creation
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is friendly and allows for content to be created with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be beneficial to allow an option for syncing on Windows Explorer

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Lucidchart is that I like how dynamically we could use the tool. The user has been given the facility to configure minute details which helps us to express and represent the data in a more informative way. Another thing is I like the number of options it provides in design, even for non-premium users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product could be made more sensitive and smooth while working with arrows and joints or when the is more clutter. Not a con but just a suggestion.All other things are great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main thing I have used LucidChart is for converting my code to a piece of visual information. It helps the people who read my code to understand better. Apart from this , seniors and colleagues from my organization use Lucid chart to represent the structure and system of a project they are working on and many other things.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would very much recommend this software to a new user who is trying to work on chart and on who is working in administrative domain. As it helps to make things understand better through flow charts and diagrams this is a very strong tool for that and also very user friendly.

it's almost like visio, but collaborative and online

Still not clear enough how to do things I'm used to do in VISIO, most likely I'm missing some keystrokes to operate well

Powerful piece of software with many templates - easy to use with very intuitive UI. Makes collaborating to deliver better results very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be good if there was a desktop app version rather than using web.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating diagrams and flowcharts to ensure requirements are clear, edge cases are thought of and planned for.

I guess the ease of usage and the general UI

I guess the only complaint is that some of the icons for various shape properties are not descriptive enough. But this is basically nitpicking.

Collaborating on architecture and design diagrams has been a breeze. Two people working together to finalize an architecture diagram of an application
User friendly and easy to learn
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy and fluid to create a diagram, there's no lag as you're dragging and dropping. It's also very easy to ensure that all lines and shapes are even. There is a great knowledge base to learn too.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to see a brief description of what a symbol means and is typically used for as you hover over it. The knowledge center is great but maybe more interactive/AI help would be cool especially if you're new to this. It can be hard switching back and forth between tabs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am learning to map out business processes and see where the bottlenecks are in some of our current day-to-day processes. It's really helpful to have the visual representation of something and even separate it out according to who is involved. I think it is helping us to see how many steps there are in some of the processes and helping us to trim them down.
Makes patient pathways easy and straightforward
What do you like best about the product?
The intuitive design makes it very easy to build workflows that make sense.
What do you dislike about the product?
The web-based aspect is excellent; however, it can feel a bit glitchy sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm currently working on creating complex patient pathways through a never before administered treatment and have found the ease of building Lucidspark provides very helpful.

Lucidspark has made visualizing data models and architectures straightforward and accessible. It also easily integrates into the g-suite for seamless distribution and collaboration.

Not much to dislike here - it fulfills the needed purpose and is easy to use.
