Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is very is easy to use. Shapes to create diagrams are exceptionally designed and understandable.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike, just need more diagrams and designs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Database architecture, Project flow, Process flow
Lucid is an essentially part of a Product Manager's toolkit
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, collaboration functionality, and its many diagramming shapes make Lucid my go-to for visual wireframing, mock-ups, and workflow creation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having easier to implement keyboard shortcuts would be a tremedous in expediting the diagramming process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Lucid to visualize the MVP components and corresponding functionality of a SaaS enduser product. It has greatly helped communicate steps in the build.

What do you like best about the product?
The application is very refined and smoothed out. I feel like I'm working with a purpose-based and well-polished application to help me a diagram and document my networks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more stencils and the ability to submit requests for more stencils from specific vendors. For example, new stencils for the new Cisco equipment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're seeing lower troubleshooting times because our physical hardware is better documented. We're also using it for current projects by having a master plan document and sharing it our with different teams and being able to view and edit it live together.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're considering Lucidchart, stop what you're doing now and get Lucidchart. We went from documentation being behind and finding it annoying to keeping everything up to date because of the hoops other apps made us jump through, but now we're able to do small bites at a time even from our phones and it looks awesome!

the easines with which you create shapes, choose color, options and connect them. The automated connection system is cool and is fast!

too much clicks, shapes have to be resized each time

Inexpensive quality Flowchart program
What do you like best about the product?
Pretty intuitive. I got into the program and started making "swim lane" charts. Easy to create, edit, send to others to collaborate. The placement help for shapes was very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
This may be a learning issue, but i did not see a quick way to add one "swim lane" to the chart. They seemed to only go in groups of 3. Like i mentioned it is probably a User problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had unclear business processes, multiple double checks and unclear responsibilities between roles. I find the Swim Lane charts very helpful to chart what you do and who does them. The benefit has been a streamlining and better understanding of what we do. Saves time, money improves response time to customers. Simplifies training of people and helps keep people in their "lane". Also, if you choose to keep some inefficiencies, you can clearly know where they are and look to make further adjustments in the future.

The availability of icons, automation, intelligent conversions, user-friendly UI is some of the best features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd say there can be more existing templates to choose from, and the rest is all good.

Easy to use for fast prototyping and diagramming.

Easy drag and drop UI elements, being able to share and collaborate with team members is nice.

A simple, pseudo-code version would be nice to have, but not a huge priority for me.

I use it for process modeling, and being able to quickly diagram a solution for a client.

Its user-friendly interface, I can get my flowcharts looking exactly the way I want them with no fuss

My flowcharts are so easy to lay out in comparison to other services I've used and really cuts down on time without sacrificing quality

I would definitely recommend Lucidchart if you're looking for a clear and easy way to lay out your diagrams, flowcharts, etc.
Great Online Diagramming Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I most like the user interface and the ease with which you can set up a new document, either from scratch or using a template from Lucidchart or a company-specific template that's available for its users.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's nitpicking, but I'd like to have a little more control over the zoom on the document as there are some instances when I'd like to be somewhere between 50% and 75% in the zoom setting but can't.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're outlining and documenting processes that we're then using to highlight areas of improvements to drive operational metric improvement. Having easily generated and acccessible diagramming that can be shared with other colaborators makes this a powerful platform.

But I think that it's perfect in many ways!
