Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very short learning curve, intuitive and easy to use. Superior to some competitive solutions I've used.
Easy Visualizer for almost anything
What do you like best about the product?
Super Intuitive. Drag, drop, label. No matter the project, Lucid helps me communicate concepts and ideas much better than a spreadsheet or slideshow.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a marketer and business leader, I've used it to create campaign flows, content ideas, and even product UI. I've sometimes wished there were better native shape/image libraries to help illustrate these concepts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Product interface. Campaign planning. By building a visual mockup or flow, It's much easier to communicate to teams the concept and plan.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and love the customization that you can create for each workflow that you need. Pretty self-explanatory.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this time. Possibly more templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not yet had any problems using Lucidchart. Many benefits but mainly makes it easy to create customized workflows.
In a sea of stars- Lucid Chart shines the brightest

The integrations with public cloud service providers as well as project management tools such as Jia.

Best Diagramming Software I've Used!
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid seems to have it all:
- Huge library of symbols
- Easy to add images and icons
- "Smart grid" / auto snapping works nearly perfectly
- Ample keyboard shortcuts

What do you dislike about the product?
I want more "markup" driven tools like the Sequence Diagram editor! Editing 3D diagrams would be pretty cool as well. It would be awesome if one were able to build and edit 3D visualizations with simple shapes (like a 3D map with buildings).
Also, if there were a price point between the $10 / month and free plans, that would be great for hobbyists and enthusiasts who want a way to organize their drawings and sketches.
Nothing I'd say I dislike overall; these are more potential improvements than anything else.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use LucidChart for Software Engineering diagrams. What might take me hours in Visio or Gliffy takes minutes in Lucid. Additionally, LucidSpark has become my go-to for project management and brainstorming exercises. Agile story mapping has become easier than pre-COVID, thanks to prebuilt templates that save significant amounts of setup (and paper!).
Sharing and collaborating are genuinely a breeze as well! The audience restrictions work similar to GSuite and are easy to understand.
I pay for a personal license, so I can use it for managing home projects and ideas as well.

Easy for ANYONE to use!! I am not tech savvy.
What do you like best about the product?
I loved the trial. Very easy to understand how to use the templates, and they even gave you samples you can use to make your own! So, I clicked on the event template and was ready to start playing
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the tables and chairs were one icon instead of adding a chair to each table. Mainly, in event planning, some standard things are used constantly and I would those icons constantly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can better serve my clients with a clearer visual of their events. They are able to easily communcate back to me any changes they would like me to make. It is professional and clear to understand and I love that.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it! You will not regret it. So user friendly. A must try!
Excellent software
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of making flow charts. You can get ultra detailed and build all kinds of crazy workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a whole lot I dislike. More integrations would be nice, such as microsoft sharepoint for intranet employee reference documents etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to really dial in on our workflows and figure out who exactly was doing what and optimize those workflows because of that.
Awesome Tool for Diagramming
What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive Lucid is. Even before diving into tutorials, I was whipping up visualizations of complex processes with multiple swim lanes. There's seemingly no limit to what you can do with Lucid.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything yet that I'd really consider a downside. It took a bit of time to get comfortable with some of the more advanced buttons since they aren't all clearly labeled, but that's manageable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been able to document processes that were previously only in people's heads. We've been able to get people on the same page and identify areas where there were gaps in accountability that lead to costly mistakes.
