LuicdChart: A great cloud-based flow-charting tool
What do you like best about the product?
This text is already in English and does not require translation. It describes a product or service as being very adaptable, having many features, and being user-friendly. It also mentions the ability to create a wide variety of charts.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not very intuitive when it comes to linking data to it.

Flow-charting, mainly
More than a Visio killer

Cloud based and accessible on my iPad Pro

Nothing - it's great now that I can use a mouse with my iPad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work on Macs and iPads - the organsiations I usually work for are very much on the Visio track so Lucid lets me work with them without hassle.
It is a clear leader in this area
What do you like best about the product?
If your job/function involves a lot of process design and engineering, LucidChart can be an excellent tool for documenting your processes. LucidChart is great for visualizing the process flow from start to finish. It highlights key activities and outputs, and outcomes throughout the process. A great feature is the ability to load/convert process flows from various file formats.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sharing the array was a little tricky. The board loads slower when multiple tabs are open. The website opens much faster in incognito mode.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Diagrams allow the visualization of many tasks, especially facilitate the work of brainstorming
A great tool for Mindmapping
What do you like best about the product?
Advanced drawing tools, super easy file/folder structure. It's very user-friendly, especially when collaborating with clients on specific diagrams, flowcharts, and state diagrams. It was easy to share diagrams with others beyond my company, especially managing their access and roles such as edit, comment, etc. It is easy to create diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes converting a document into a printed version can be difficult. This results in the need to rework and resize the original document to make it look good in print.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidspark has helped us understand the structure of the product and sort out various aspects. Lucidspark is the tool we use to present various problems
Excellent whiteboard strategic planning tool
What do you like best about the product?
The autosave feature is amazing because there is no loss of connections. It's simple and powerful, adaptable in collaboration and user interface. It is fantastic how sticky notes can be used to help with our program increments. They allow us to exchange ideas with team members without collaborating via email.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mockup process is a low-fidelity project. Moving between projects can be a bit difficult. We also left out some advanced features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through the mockup process, I can communicate with my distributed staff. The best part is sharing with my team more visually and understandably.
Lucidchart is easy to use and very functional
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart is a great tool that I love and is very easy to use. It allows me to build flows and mockups quickly. The UI is simple, and there aren't too many options and controls. Drag & drop elements, and you can add text. The result is something incredible you can share.
What do you dislike about the product?
While working on the iPad, I noticed that it is not as sensitive to touch as I would like

I prepare different types of flow diagrams, including process flow diagrams and information flow diagrams.
Visualization helps to understand complex processes
What do you like best about the product?
You can use pre-made templates to create visual workflows and add notes to share with colleagues. The workspace can be customized to suit your needs. The visual representation of workflows is enhanced with the ability to change the format of fields. Instructional videos help you understand the basics of the new platform and make it easy to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I miss the most in Lucidspark are additional options to export to other formats that would facilitate easier editing in a graphical editor or placing in a report.

Thanks to a number of tools, Lucidspark simplifies our visualization so that we are able to more effectively note all the steps required to achieve the desired goal
Great tool for team collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, work with others at the same time, the react feature is nice to have, and flexible for what you want to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could use some more templates. Also I get sent too many emails regarding the product
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We mainly use it for retrospectives and planning, which it's really helpful for. I like being able to see what other people are sharing on the board in real-time.
Lucidcharts is a Huge Job Aid for Product Management
What do you like best about the product?
The free-form nature of Lucid charts is its best feature. I can make charts and designs that help our software developers better understand our goals. I don't see any real competitors other than Miro and PPT and I think it bests both of them.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be unwieldy to work with layers at first. They're not intuitive and seem essential for dividing up content.

Producing charts and designs to better explain product management decisions.

A huge option of shapes, structures, frameworks and templates to drive discussions in presentations. Very user friendly to use and edit, as well as to access while working
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be a bit easier and more intuitive to export your creations to PPT and continue doing final edits from there. Also, it could be easier to add text in the shapes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Key added value driver is to fill the gaps that other day to day tools used in big companies have (e.g. decision trees, complex dynamic templates, possibility to work with colleagues better tuned)
