Simplicity at its best
What do you like best about the product?
Simple and easy to use as compared to setting up a flowchart on microsoft programs

So far, every features on lucidchart has been incredibly useful hence there is nothing that I dislike.

Setting up an end to end process flow for an organisation

The integration steps and process. The automatic updates and linking with Salesloft, and LinkedIn.

At this stage, I am not finding anything annoying. I have been using it for 2 weeks and haven't had any issues yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When working remotely, it is hard to communicate which prospects I should be reaching out to in a current customer account. LucidChart solves for this as I can work with the AE and CSM.

If you are struggling to communicate clear reach out and partnership discussions, this tool is perfect.
Very user friendly, easy to use, self explanatory and helpfull for workflow description.

That is very easy to use.
It is beneficial that each figure has its purpose written down, so your map makes more sense.

The free trial is very short. And that I would like to use a single bracket to encapsulate various meanings.

Workflow visualization. It is very helpful to explain digital marketing processes.

The intuitive design allows for speedy diagram development. The interface design and drag-drop functions are spot-on.

Lucidchart is a subscription-based product.

Lucidchart assists me with breaking down problems. I use it for mind mapping, developing flowcharts, and other diagrams.

Articulating components in an idea or architecture was so much easier to do with Lucidchart than others I tried.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love about Lucidchart is that it is a simple, straightforward-to-use could-based tool that does not require any software installation. The tool has a drag-and-drop interface, and one can easily share charts with other team members, facilitating real-time collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I do not dislike any specific feature, I have had difficulties searching for some specifc elements to include on my charts. When I found none, I used the next closest element I felt appropriate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart has been immensely helpful for requirements gathering to understand and illustrate the current and future states of a system/product/solution/design/architecture as a flow diagram.

What do you like best about the product?
I am a clinical psychologist and use Lucidchart to quickly and dynamically visualise concepts and patterns with clients and colleagues. What I love about this software is how intuitive it is to use and how visually pleasing the results are with very little effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike about Lucidchart. I am happy with everything so far.

Because the application is so intuitive Lucidchart encourages me to think visually. This helps in explaining complex processes more efficiently and effectively. A great time saver!

What do you like best about the product?
It works prefectly precise and secure. even you are not familiar to this app you will be able to use it at first minute. automatic saving and easy to export.

honestly nothing... I created a worflow diagram without any single issue.

it was easy to operate. I were able to create a entire business workflow in 2 hours.

At my first experience with Lucidchart, I was very satisfied and it saved hours of work. I am impressed with the overall app structure and its simplicity.

What do you like best about the product?
There are so many different templates to get you and your team started. Plenty of room to plan out thoughts and processes in a collaborative way. Lots of different shape options to make it uniquely yours.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was a little bit of a steeper learning curve. I have never used a platform like this before. Lots of features require an enterprise account. I am a small business with big thoughts and wish more were available on the premium plan I bought.

Org chart mapping. Training process mapping and tracking.

Try the free version. You get several free pages to play around with. It's a practical test drive.
