Easy to use once you get the hang of it
What do you like best about the product?
All the shape libraries. Also being able to change a shape without losing the arrows connecting to it.

What do you dislike about the product?
When you make a hierarchical tree, it's difficult to make the child boxes symmetrical about the arrow coming from the parent.
Also, not enough styles. I would like to be able to apply a style that I see in one of the many templates.

Making step by step instructions for teaching. By doing so it actually helped my own thinking

I like how easy it is to create flow charts - for me

I don't like how it's hard to share with others without paying a ton of $$$. It's also difficult for others to edit - not really first time user friendly.

Lucidchart, a must in our daily workflow
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Lucidchart is that is a collaborative tool. I can easily share ideas across my team and with our clients as well. We use our diagrams and mockups as a visual MVP for our product and that way, both parties are visually aware of what's taken into consideration for MVP purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The libraries for icons, most of them are technical-based assets but it may help to have some regular/common icons, like a mobile device, a webpage, a photo gallery icon, and some regular daily assets that can come in handy when creating prototypes or user flows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Complete scope visualization of our entire project. With the help of tabs, we separate architecture, from user journeys and from product workflows and schemes, and the best part is that both our internal team and the client are looking at the same document

What do you like best about the product?
With just a few clicks, you get to visualize your ideas on the screen. LucidChart has a very intuitive interface, which gives a smooth experience using it compared to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding a note should be allowed anywhere I click, and not only to shapes. This would make it better to notice the notes, which we like to use to discuss our projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently using it for process mapping. It's a great tool to have in our organization and it saves us money by not having to hire third parties to do this job.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a really easy and very intuitive platform. With just a few clicks, you get to visualize your ideas on the screen. You can also export your chart as an image, which we find very helpful for adding to slides.

Collaboration is easy and intuitive, and discussions are enhanced by the availability of options to incorporate via Lucidspark

nothing comes to mind, everything seems to work fine.

We are using Lucidspark to brainstorm product features, agree future steps, and define a user journey built on collaborative ideas and real scenarios. Getting everyone involved is easy and making decisions lightning fast.

I'm working with a client on how to document their user experience flow. As a small start-up, I appreciate being able to do this FREE!

I would definitely recommend Lucidchart to anyone that needs to create a diagram or chart.
Awesome collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidspark gives me a seemingly endless collaboration whiteboarding/drawing space that my colleagues can join in real-time for co-authoring. I didn't want to have to go through tutorials or read manuals. The tool is intuitive, the templates are meaningful, and the result is a digital version of the thoughts we are trying to align.
What do you dislike about the product?
My company has LucidChart and LucidSpark. It's not clear why I would choose one over the other. I went with LucidSpark and it served my needs well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To get out of PowerPoint for true thought collaboration. Real-time collaboration.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need a remote real-time collaboration drawing/whiteboarding space, this is a great tool.
