What do you like best about the product?
- Creating flows and reference diagrams is quick and easy
- Clean and fast exports to PDF irrespective of the canvas size

What do you dislike about the product?
I feel if Lucidchart could allow collaborators to view the diagrams without having an account, it would be great

Helps me in the creation of our database diagrams
I also have to create architectural diagrams for my applications; lucidchart makes it easy and quick.
I was using other tools before this, editing with Lucid chart is simpler :)

What do you like best about the product?
I have a lot of great things to say about lucidspark.The software aided me greatly in helping my pathfinder cohort team get everything done.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to say... The limitations on the free plan. But that's to be expected. Paid versions always have more features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me solve real world issues by helping me draft everything clearly and get my ideas out on paper.

Accessibility and use of the resources you provide for free on your site. I can see my student using this to create different projects.

The format layout can be overwhelming if you are not computer savvy. I need more time to use and learn more about the other resources available.

It helps when you are working on group assignments; everyone can work on the same project, and it is visible.

The user interface is very friendly and easy to use. It is very easy to share the documents with colleagues and there are very useful templates for all kind of work

It is not easy to add scientific symbols and equations to flowcharts. document number can be higher for the free versions. there can be plug-ins for scientific purposes.

I am using Lucidspark the creating flowcharts, and graphs for educational purposes. Since it is very easy to use, productivity increases a lot. My business performance also increased

What do you like best about the product?
I liked their interactive interface first of all, and then the connections we can make, features that are just one click away are truly awesome. This is best suitable for business people.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything much but I guess the tables that we see are but confusing. We can't easily put information and save them. Also, the data get changed when we reopen the same drawing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's truly solving a lot of problems but to mention I would say it made easy the explanation process of any project or some task. We can now simply illustrate projects with flow charts create by lucidspark.

What do you like best about the product?
It has the various features like Real-time collaboration. Frames to contain individual discussions or themes within a board. Easy to use for everyone. Great tool for presenting the information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Allow for better integration to other cloud services. There should be pricing options for individual usage with sharing but not collaboration. Doesn't have screen sharing, audio call & video call.

By Lucidspark I'm presenting the information to my orgainasation. Making customer journey diagram for my clients. The platform is used across different departments in my organisation for design expertise and helps in sorting out creative blocks, client needs, and user research synthesis. Templates and different tools provided in the same are being utilised for user-friendly client presentations as well.

The collaboration approaches that you and your team can take on this platform to improve performance and teamwork are endless and keep everyone engaged. Easy to access and navigate
What do you dislike about the product?
I am pretty fluent in diagrams, visual aids and to date have not spotted anything that would get in a way or become frustrating to a point when it would need reporting
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Planning sessions when working from home or remotely anywhere in the world as well and ad-hoc access when people can sinmuntainsly make changes and track progress

The teamwork function is very well. We can quickly discuss the lucidchart after drafting the process flow map. The team member can use the comment function to give the recommentation.

Sometimes, the arrow for the lucidchart will not be as 'smart' as I thought. I should change it by myself again and again to adjust. Can we just lock some items than move it?

We need a process map with science based which the lucid chart can meet this criterion. It is powerful and valuable to make a professional flow chart by using the lucidchart.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used Lucidchart religiously for many years now and can honestly say it's the best one in it's class. The abundant selection of diagramming images makes it nice to utilize some other visualization features when needed. For example, I typically use the standard data modeling shapes (ERD, DFD, etc.), but at times I need to visualize more of a user's journey, so I can easily add in the UML shapes to my library and model on. On top of this, the drag and drop makes it super easy to use and, if I ever want to make a more advanced chart, I have the option to do with some markup code. It always performs very smoothly and is highly collaborative, making planning so much more efficient for both personal use and for entire teams!
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly don't know of a dislike I can share. I sincerely have no complaints at all about it. Perhaps the only potential downside i could see is if you are a singular user you will only be able to have a few charts before you are required to purchase a license.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, we are rebuilding a massive data architecture and migrating legacy code from Oracle tables over to Snowflake, all the while trying to introduce some concepts around version control, automation, etc. We have been able to use Lucidchart diagrams to display some options around what kind of branching strategy we will use in Git, major tables and each of the fields' granularity, and even diagramming where and what kind of SQL linting we will perform and where. The options are truly endless!
