Incredibly powerful and easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
The clarity in my thinking increases by 10x when I can picture what I'm trying to do. You have a template for almost everything, and that saves me a lot of time by setting up the groundwork from which I can build. It's my go-to app for any brainstorming session. The learning curve is quick, collaboration is smooth, and my productivity has dramatically improved.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing big to dislike about Lucidchart. Previously, I used Figjam for my collaboration and would appreciate some of the features from there being imported here (stopwatch/countdown timer, emoji stickers, stamps, etc.). It made brainstorming in a virtual environment feel more human.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart helps me in visualising my problems better. I feel more confident about an area once I've mapped it out on the app. It makes knowledge transfer quicker and helps convey a concept to a set of new people in the fastest possible manner.

Picturizing the journey is very easy to draw and understand.
Flowcharts Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I loved that the visual I had in my head could be created in this program so easily. I attempted to make what I believed to be a simple, uncomplicated flow chart in other programs, but it was very difficult and time-consuming. Lucidchart is very user-friendly, and I made a few great charts in no time!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of this program was that it was a bit complicated to save or download a project at first glance. Maybe this could be addressed in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart made it easy for me to create a simple, easy-to-follow flowchart for the processes of my business. This is critical as I show this to clients frequently.

to visualize complicated workflows of a new P2P system
Great software, very easy to use with plenty of features
What do you like best about the product?
I find it quite intuitive and easy to use. I was able to create complex architectural diagrams without having to do any training - just some quick google searches and clicking through the menus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the arrows can be a little finicky, and I find the text formatting to be a little unwieldy at times as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed to create complex architectural diagrams that were easy to understand at an executive level but also with enough detail to work from these diagrams to execute our strategy.
Modern alternative to Visio
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to easily share access to charts created and to collaborate on the same chart/diagram. It's mostly easy to use and intuitive to create diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are way too many options for types of objects. I don't really miss the days of UML but there should be some standardization for technical architecture diagrams based on common practices.

The infinite canvas is perfect for organizing ideas and visualizing sales pipelines, giving us the flexibility to expand as needed. Additionally, the template library saves time by providing a foundation for common sales tasks like SWOT analysis and customer profiling. The integration with Salesforce and Slack streamlines our workflow, ensuring that information is easily accessible and updates are seamlessly synced. Also, Lucidspark's voting and commenting features facilitate effective communication among team members, allowing us to prioritize tasks and make collective decisions quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app experience is limited, making it challenging to work on-the-go with the same functionality as the desktop version. Also, learning the app's functions took me three weeks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our sales team members actively use it to create and update our individual pipelines and for collaborative planning sessions. The ease of sharing boards with external stakeholders, such as clients or partners, has improved our communication and transparency.
