Very beneficial to my learning experience.
What do you like best about the product?
The application is easy to use and follow. There are many different options to choose from that allow me to enhance my projects and presentations. I was able to understand right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would change about lucid chart is having the initial points not be arrows, I often had to switch it to straight lines when making flow charts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, it made it super easy for me to communicate my findings and projects in a clear and concise manner. I was able to visually create an organized flow chart that diagrammed all that I needed it to.
Excellent Diagramming tool for Designing and Architecting.
What do you like best about the product?
Varied logos and Images for AWS services. Easily import images from web.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have the ability to copy the contents on a chart and directly paste the same in a word document or gmail.

I am a frequent user of Lucid chart. Use it for designing solutions.
Effective and easy
What do you like best about the product?
Having used Lucidchart for most of my science classes, I find it to be most effective in creating all of my diagrams with ease. Flow charts, sequence diagrams, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is that a lot of the more helpful templates are premium, and being a college student I can't really afford that no matter how much I need it.

Lucidchart is helping me to further describe my website projects and model their system functionality.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart's interface is intuitive and easy to use. You can export diagrams and drawings to various file formats, collaborate with others, or start from scratch with pre-built templates with Lucidchart. Furthermore, users can customize their experience according to their preferences. While taking advantage of all these features will take some time, seeing results within days is quite realistic.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have noticed a significant decrease in image quality when exporting designs from Lucidchart to other file formats. Specifically, the white background of my creations often turns gray after being saved as a JPEG or similar document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a software developer who often struggles with chart clutter. Lucidchart solves this problem for me by providing professional quality templates that I can use to quickly create program designs.

It helps us put together the process diagram that can be shared by everyone and edited as needed, so everyone is on the same page, and working together on documenting the process

What do you like best about the product?
I used Lucidchart for diagramming. I appreciate that there a range of standardized templates to choose from, which can each be customized for your needs. The tool is simple to understand and straightforward to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it feels a bit manual - for example if I wanted to format something or align objects within a diagram, they would have to be dragged manually. It would be nice if there were automatic formatting/alignment functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem Lucidchart solves is it allows for a quick and efficient way to put together visual diagrams. This benefits my use case of information sharing and collaborating on workflows.
Excellent online chart and diagram designer tool
What do you like best about the product?
I've used Lucid Chart to create everything from simple flow charts to quite complicated architecture diagrams. And Lucid chart has never let me down. It contains all of the icons and tools required for drawing the many types of diagrams that we generate on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
One issue I noticed with the Lucid chart was that when it came to making connections from one component to another in a chart, the automated lines that were generated were not always how I wanted them to be, and it was often difficult to fix that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart is a simple diagramming tool that is easy to use.It is cloud-based, which has enabled me to utilize Lucidchart for my user experience diagrams. It integrates with Google Drive, so I can keep my schematics on the cloud for future use.

It's great to add many standard shapes and icons used in the Software development industry, such as cloud provider services and UML.
The diagramming experience is excellent; adding and connecting shapes is easy and intuitive, and you can get great-looking diagrams using the pre-defined styles.

What do you dislike about the product?
If anything, the predefined style options are pretty few; it could offer more choices of color combinations and line styles, such as a hand-drawn style.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart allows me to create software diagrams to document technical designs and communicate these designs to my teammates in a way that's easily understood. It allows me to generate good diagrams quickly without losing time dealing with the tool itself because of its ease of use.
