Easy to learn, intuitive product!
What do you like best about the product?
Easily manipulated and managed flowcharts. Can have multiple active charts simultaneously which can be quite useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes arrows are stubborn in their direction, but they can be easily deleted and replaced with a new, (less stubborn) one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Possible Flow of user sequencing. Software steps to achieve a desired outcome for a user.

not much options with respect to additional objects that can be added in a diagram

Diagrams that "Just Work"
What do you like best about the product?
LucidChart is very user-friendly. The alignment and linking features "just work" and save time on tedious tasks like sizing and alignment.
What do you dislike about the product?
The shape library can be challenging to navigate. There is no way to autofill very commonly used templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows quickly creating diagrams for use in report deliverables and presentations.

What do you like best about the product?
I like to use Lucidchart to visualize data flows for my DataEng team. The tool is easy to use and fast to learn. Highly recommend!

I currently can't think of a downside to working in Lucidchart.

Lucidchart helps my team quickly get on the same page and visualize a complex problem.
Great product for creating process flows for presentations
What do you like best about the product?
I like that there are a variety of shapes to choose from and it is easy to edit. The arrows can easily illustrate the process flow, especially if there are multiple flows needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could group objects and flows together to move them around easily. Sometimes the arrow is hard to maneuver in the direction that I want it. I wish it was easier to copy and paste text.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me visualize how a process works from start and finish and creates an easy way to download and present to my team. It helps me explain complex situations in an easy to read diagram.
Collaborative mind mapping at it's best
What do you like best about the product?
I love the following feature for sharing and discussing large charts during meetings. Lucid Charts are easy to create and fun to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, I find it challenging to understand the size of the chart, making it difficult to get charts to the right size for PDFs, despite the grid lines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid chart makes it easy to collaborate on building visuals to explain abstract and complex concepts. This has been helpful with working with diverse learners.
A Solid Collaborative Visualization Tool with an Intuitive UI and Advanced Options
What do you like best about the product?
Large library of saved images, tons of options for visualizations, wide array of editing tools, and great collaboration support. Lucidchart is straightforward and relatively simple to use, but with advanced enough options that a seasoned professional would be happy with the capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The editor can be a bit clunky sometimes. It can be a challenge to switch functions, for example going from drawing arrows or lines in a diagram to moving or resizing icons. Sometimes I end up repeating and action a few times to get it do to exactly what I want it to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simple, straightforward, and quick data visualizations and tech stack maps. Being able to show clients exactly how data will flow and what the post-implementation system architecture will look like.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Lucidchart and use it for making testbed diagrams. Its easy to use and has lot of options for the different network devices from different companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Iny my experience, I have not come across any limitations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart integrates different products in its database, which makes it easy to search and use in testbed diagrams.
An amazing platform and easy to use tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is highly intuitive and user-friendly. It has so many templates to choose from and allows the user to create professional diagrams in real-time and also allows you to invite teammates to correspond with you on the diagram.
What do you dislike about the product?
The icons and shapes provided by Lucidchart could be a bit more versatile, and the pricing is a bit high. It is hard to afford Lucidchart after completing my internship as an intern.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data visualization is something our company is trying to get into. Lucidchart is helping and allowing us to collaborate to create org charts and diagrams related to the data pipeline.

feasibility to use and easy to learn, moreover its free and without adds.

Nothing as such as dislike but the features can be improved and we can have more detailed and add on list to the existing features
