What do you like best about the product?
The UI is very easy to understand. The shapes and charts are easy to make, a drag and drop will complete your work. Time-saving, easy to share and modify the pre-defined diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing i can remember is while I downloaded and uploaded it in the Word document, the quality was decreased. Other than that, everything is straightforward and feasible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a student, so using this for my project and will be using it in the future while working. Used it for making flowcharts, user diagram and technical diagrams

There is an incredible variety of templates to choose from - you never have to start from scratch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular that I dislike about Lucidchart.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All types of problems - from diagramming out different Snowflake tables, to project plans, to Gantt charts.

What do you like best about the product?
Extremely user friendly, able to easy share changes with colleagues, a lot of platform templates that make it easy to find what you need. There are no other platforms out there like this that are as intuitive
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the templates have photos and not real objects. At times that can make it frustrating to update. Granted, those templates are made by other users, so not really a reflection of lucidchart

As a consultant, I utilize the system to create a variety of diagrams for our clients. Specifically we utilize process maps, organizational charts, business mapping, etc

1. Very intuitive outline for dragging and dropping some boxes.
2. All the required tools are available in a conveniently placed toolbar.

1. Speed. This has been a significant hindrance.
2. The theme is a bit drab. It would be nice to enable dark-mode.

It provided a fluid and straightforward way to portray something diagrammatically. It includes the hierarchical organization of subjects, as discussed in my relevant field.

Due to its comprehensive features and user-friendly interface with Lucidchart I can easily visualize and communicate business structures, processes, and relationships. Lucidchart's intuitive drag-and-drop functionality enables quick creation and modification of diagrams, facilitating iterative design and refinement.Furthermore, Lucidchart seamlessly integrates with other business tools, enabling smooth data import and export for enhanced productivity and efficiency in documenting and analyzing business architecture.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart is central to how we communicate proposed changes to our executive team. The ability to collaborate with different department heads as we work through processes within Lucid has been a game changer.

As AI continues to progress, It would be incredible if an AI assistant could help build, correct, and format our workflows.

The visualization of our internal processes and how we plan to improve them.

Helps me break down the clients in my portfolio. I appreciate Lucid being able to simplify everything in a category so that I can create flow charts.

You couldn't reform your information from one template to another without adjusting.

What do you like best about the product?
After you connect you objects, the connections automatically move with the object. There are different illustration packages that you can download for different industries. You also have unlimited space to zoom in and out as needed and infinitely keep adding to your process diagram.
What do you dislike about the product?
Printing out Lucid Charts can be finicky and requires many tries to get everything into one page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visualizing complex processes that have parallelized steps or inter-cycling steps.
Good experience, sharing feature really helped me as a student, in group projects.

Sometimes some features go back to default state.

Being a students, we had many projects that required the usage of flowcharts. Lucid helped us creating elegant flowcharts and score high.
