I'm in Lucidspark everyday! It is the best way to brainstorm with my team and customers.
What do you like best about the product?
It allows for agile thinking. I can collaborate with my team and if someone has a new idea we can easily pivot to absorb a new thought, create a new diagram or make quick modifications to pull these new ideas in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Switching between the hand and pointer is not intuitive. I see people tripping up all the time. Also zooming in and out doesn't use the track ball like other programs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of extremely smart people at our company. They use Lucidspark to create their ideas digitally so the rest of us can understand their vision. We then communicate these ideas to our customers who appreciate the visual perspective over a written document.
Best of the Best

What do you dislike about the product?
-As a user I find myself taking screenshots and exporting them to a google slide, would like the ability to export a segment of a board into sheets and then live update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to whiteboard out complex data architecture.
Easy & Friendly UI
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to thoroughly and efficiently lay out ideas for a project using Lucidspark has been a massive help in my day-to-day operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, I thought switching from a similar product to Lucidspark would be a challenge, but I found it was significantly easier to learn. I don't have anything I can say I dislike!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to visualize major process revamps and other projects with great ease. This has allowed me to communicate ideas for improvement more effectively.
Great Open Concept Tool for Planning, Teaching, Vision Boarding and more!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the open canvas feeling, which allows you to zoom in and out of mini-sections and pull sections together. It's an excellent tool for building lessons too, since you can create perimeters around cells and then provide the final document to a client as a deliverable
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the functions can be hard to find – I also wish I could crop images from within Lucidspark, which may be a feature; I just haven't seen it yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love using it during client discovery - especially for clients who need more handholding, as it provides a board where I can create perimeters around each topic and use it as a deliverable or send out the PDF after each session for them to review. It makes it easy to download the PDF after the session and send it, with its open concept vision boarding style, it makes it feel less like I need to fix every minute detail like I do in a process flow or Excel sheet.
Excellent collaborative tool
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive and easy to use, I love the ability to drag and drop things onto the page
What do you dislike about the product?
At times challenging to search and find specific pages
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it mostly to visualize architecture
Manufacturing Engineering in Automotive Industry
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use with many different shapes and sizes. Not limited to a page size when brainstorming or drawing out a process flow. Also easy to pull together an initial "messy" document into a neat organised flow chart.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest I'm not sure there is much I dislike. If I was picky I'd say I'd like the table function to be better and include some basic calculation functions,.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to digitally brainstorm and share ideas across multiple remote workers in the team. To have input from all of them and a record of the updates and changes.

I love this app
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Lucidchart is how friendly the app is to work with.
And the facility to adapt the design to my needs.

What do you dislike about the product?
How inflexible it is to create my own chart palettes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Largely positive experience with Lucidchart driven by ease of use and exporting content
What do you like best about the product?
I think the ease and variety of options provided with the export functionality are critical for a good user experience. Further, the other expected features like locking content and a plethora of operators make it a comprehensive tool to use. I have tried using other options like Miro and MindMeister, but am the most comfortable with Lucidchart.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I wish was easier or even just possible was to have manual control over box sizes when you have text within the boxes. The auto-adjust sizes sometimes messes with my intent of having large text in small boxes (thus minimizing white space).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart gives me the ability to collaborate on a easy-to-use platform with my peers. We often engage in qualitative analysis and Lucidchart helps visualize our results. It also allows high-quality exports which makes using the resultant diagrams in research papers possible.
Best ERD tool for Architecture Build
What do you like best about the product?
So, In my Current organization, every Data Model is designed Using Lucid Chart as we don't have an ERD structure in the Decisions BPM tool.
It is easy to know associations or relations between entities used inside a project using Lucid. The process model, a significant part of Project development, can also be created using Lucidchart, which is excellent.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes It'll take more time to load charts and display an insignificant line in the middle of the chat, which also raised this issue with the support team. So, far no response from them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It eliminates more time-consuming Entity relationship understanding by displaying them in a connected relation chat which is most helpful. To Architects, it is a handy tool to create wireframes for a project with multiple objects to drag and drop and place them over the screen.
One of the cool things was it could even create an ERD if we wrote a SQL query, which I have never seen anywhere.
