Excellent for most parts
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have layers. Layout works out really well, particularly with distributing and aligning boxes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The font choices particularly script like fonts are a bit limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making component diagrams and flowcharts to visualize to clients how their use case will be solved, working with them to make sure solution is complete and nothing is being missed out. Use of layers to visualize multiple use cases on the same flowchart.
Lucid Charts for Financial Analyst
What do you like best about the product?
Importing the data is super simple. Charting experience is guided and easy to learn initially.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, fits my requirements perfectly. The webpage could load a bit faster though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, particularly Lucidchart, has significantly transformed how our fully remote team operates. Given our dispersed locations, it has emerged as our primary virtual workspace, offering robust support and simplifying collaboration. Lucidchart has proven instrumental in enabling us to brainstorm ideas, strategize projects, and facilitate discussions in the remote work setting. Visually Appealing!
What do you like best about the product?
It's a very friendly to use program with ease of navigation and visual display. I like that I'm able to easily make and edit a chart as I please, along with adding extra notes, links, images, or videos to help aid the display. It's easy to learn and even easier to create visual graphs when needed. I haven't needed to contact customer support and I do like that it gives you an essential run down before you even begin your first project.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many downsides to Lucid, but the one thing I can say is that the image function has times it won't work or fully show the images to anyone who is collaborting with you or simply viewing your work. It'll usually show as a blank box, which should be a relatively easy feature to fix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves the issue of needing a program to be able to map anything necessary in my head while allowing it to be viewed by fellow staff.
Lucid Charts
What do you like best about the product?
The lucid charts easy to use UI, we use it all the time, it has an assortment of useful features and it integrates easily into JIRA.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be a more intuitive way of panning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to visualize our workflow and design architecture in an easily to explain and share way.
Great, enables me to quickly access information I need to make decisions quickly

Ease to use is the key feature for me, I can easily get up to speed with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would begood to enable building excel style tables without having to compy and paste from excel.

Just makes easier than flicking through tabs of excel

It was difficult to maintain consistent box sizes.

Fantastic, easy to use software.
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to add elements, share, and export documents. It's straightforward and very easy to show people how to use it. Out of the other document/drawing software I've used, it's far and away the easiest to pick up and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free tier is very limited (you can only have three documents), so it's worth it to get the licensed version if you plan to do anything serious with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps visualize things and make diagrams far easier than in Word or with other competing software.
Easy to use online collaborator
What do you like best about the product?
Simple interface, and easy for participants to follow a presenter.
What do you dislike about the product?
Finding and Organising lots of boards is difficult. The boards can't be put into groups/ folders. Or tagged for filtering.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Shared roadmap and strategy view with multiple editors. Using it similar to powerpoint, with the flexibility of a wider canvas and reduced complexity to create.
The software is user friendly, and easy to navigate.
What do you like best about the product?
Within minutes, I was able to create a multi-tertiary organization chart. I was then able to share it with other members of the team for review. If edits were required, they took seconds to complete, and I was able to download the org chart and embed it in our web pages. I also utilized the video library to enhance the features and formats.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had more functionality with Google Suite products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently restructuring our departments. Lucid chart is allowing us the ability to stay organized and provide visuals to keep everyone informed.
It was perfect to design, improve and present our Data Structure through an ERD
What do you like best about the product?
It is amazing that you have many ready-to-use templates with the right tools for a huge range of of needs professional can face. Also, I started using it the moment I signed up an it was super intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I miss a presentation (full-screen mode) easy to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working in a startup and not finding the diagrams of our data structure was a pain. With Lucid we built it easily and fast.
