What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid helps my team put all our ideas together on a collaborate mind mapping board. We also able to create wireframes for a lot of digital projects, visual journey mapping for our various (several) audiences. The boards help us better articulate our ideas to stakeholders.
It is a good one.

Quite helpful to make flowcharts and everything,

Not very user friendly, sometimes things get tough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It really helps me in making proper flowcharts that helps in proper planning.
Great tool for collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Allow live updates with multiple users, and show what other users are doing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to do revision control. While multiple users can edit the diagrams at the same time, it is hard to track who modified what.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Lucid chart for Model Based system engineering diagrams.
The new standard for process modeling
What do you like best about the product?
The Lucid toolkit is an incredibly designed product. The software itself is very user friendly and has demonstrated a strong understanding of its users and their needs. The user interface is straightforward and multipe users can operate concurrently in the same file, and the performance of the software remains consistent.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be very helpful to have an offline version similar to Visio, that could be used when working offline or when there are poor connections (flight, lack of available network).
As a product manager, I would love to have increased integration with Figma such that I could share process workflows and diagrams with by designers and UX, and they could more easily use that as a foundation for their design work allowing for enhanced collaboration.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a superior product and user experience to Visio and allows concurrent use and sharing with ease, offering a superior solution when doing process mapping, documentation, sharing, and obtaining approval and alignment. This enhances collaboration and documentation.
Lucid is a Process/ Planning God Send!
What do you like best about the product?
Working for an SME, I find LUCID's straight forward UI and Collaborative tools to be really useful when working with several colleagues. The support from LUCID is always there if we need it which helps build our confidence as we have used LUCID more and more over the last couple of months alongside building our processes for our new CRM. It's easy to install, it's a toolbox kit of everything you would need for process development, and as the title says, it's been a godsend. Easy to integrate into the system we already have and fun to use... and boy do we use it a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about this system. One of the first things I wanted to do when starting with this business was to make sure the Business had it... especially for the work I do.

Its helping me to clearly map out business processes and design work flows for our new CRM.

Lucid enables us to create detailed charts for a variety of purposes
What do you like best about the product?
We can work on a document without many issues, the fact that you can also see other people's pointers is a great help. Getting to know the product is easy as well with the guides, newsletters, and videos. We use it frequently for swimlane charts for different purposes. It is a great part of our implementation workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing is the least helpful, I might have not discovered all the features of the product but so far it is serving us well.

Ease of use and ease of collaboration. Whenever we want to work on a chart we just jump in a link and start working immediately.

It's easy to use and can be as simple or as complicated as you want. Plus you don't need any background knowledge.

There's no guides to help make things more complex.

It's helping me create a visual representation that everyone can understand on the flow of a project.
