Easiest Org Chart Software I've Used
What do you like best about the product?
It is super simple to use and cuts down the time needed on creating org charts, flow charts, etc. The free trial was nice and you didn't have to wait for any implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I have disliked so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It takes a quarter of the time to put an org chart together compared to software we were previously using. The flow charts are wonderful too as we look at and rewrite processes.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a very simple, easy-to-use way to draw diagrams like Use Case Diagrams for my apps or websites.

What do you like best about the product?
What stood out to me about Lucid was its plethora of features and their customer support. The staff at Lucid ensured that my onboarding was smooth and I knew that I could reach out any time for questions or concerns. I use LucidChart to visualize user flows, organize customer feedback, and for brainstorming - it has been a great experience so far and I definitely leverage the diversity of templates they offer.
We use the Atlassian Suite and so the integration into Jira and Confluence has saved us time from having to jump between platforms - really helpful! Overall the wide range of integrations is such a huge benefit and something I consistently appreciate.

What do you dislike about the product?
I've tried the 'Generate flowchart' feature a few times but it has not given me the results I would have liked. Although in beta, I have been very descriptive of what I was looking for but it seems to be off. Hopefully as the feature improves I will be seeing the flowchart skeleton I am looking for, as this tool would save me a lot of time. Those who aren't extremely tech-savvy may also be overwhelmed with what LucidChart offers when they first see the UI - so perhaps having a very simple tutorial (without the crowding of other features) as the very first could be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to map out the NPI process, visualize the user experience, categorize customer feedback (and subsequently establish the Jobs To Be Done), and compare the workflows of competitors used for competitor analysis. I also use it to throw out ideas, connect them, and organize my thoughts on miscellaneous tasks.

It is easy to use and share with coworkers. The fact that not everyone needs a license to participate is a plus

What do you like best about the product?
I am able to create very effective flow diagrams that are easy to understand and the number of features present in the app gives me a lot of freedom over what i want to create.
I also love that lucid creates object in dynamic pixels so i can zoom in our zoom out to any extent that is needed.

There is nothing in particular but lucid can definitely try adding some animating tools that might come handy.

In a client call the lucid chart helps to explain workflows very easily.
Easy to use and effective for flow charting
What do you like best about the product?
I found the UI to be very simple and clear. All elements required for developing flow charts, mind maps, etc. are clear and easily accessed. Lucid chart has plenty of templates that can act as a great starting point or as training material to see how to build a visually pleasing chart. There is a good level of customization in terms of colouring, shape, shading, etc. for process/decision points that are easy to implement and allow you to enhance the look and clarity of your Lucid chart. It also has very helpful features for team collaboration, particularly the document drop-down menu to indicate whether a chart is ready for review, already approved, still in draft, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found very few downsides while using this software. There are system suggestion pop-ups that appear when I open the app for the first time which I find a bit irritating and I think these could be reduced or put into a sidebar with a simple badge notification to be viewed if you want to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid chart provides a much more fluid way for me to develop manufacturing flow charts versus building them on something like PowerPoint, for example.

Creation of techinical and functional architecture quickly which can be shared with ease
Very Intuitive and User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid was very easy to use and user friendly. The templates are also very useful to help you get a basic structure of your diagram or workflow chart. The system will also provide useful hints and tips as you are building out your chart. I was able to use it while in a collaborating meeting, and I could build and add to the chart as the meeting was taking place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had no major issues but would just like to get more practice and see what else I can use Lucid to do things like mapping and task management.

We set up a chart to show permission by role for a new fleet management software we are implementing.

Multiple users can work on the same document simultaneously, enhancing productivity and fostering teamwork, especially for remote or distributed teams.

Nothing to note. Lucid has everything that I need to get the job done.

With the rise of remote and distributed teams, traditional face-to-face collaboration may be limited. Lucid's real-time collaboration features enable teams to work together on diagrams, charts, and other visuals, regardless of geographical locations.
