Easy to Use Great Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Very straightforward to use diagraming tool. The collaboration is nice especially because you can have living diagrams of systems and if a new piece is built then you can have someone else add it to the diagram.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes cropping to the right view can be tricky, but honestly not too bad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping to visualize architecture so that understanding the system as a whole is easier.

as of now i havn't founs any such issues while working on LUCID
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We generally used LUCID to develop all our data pipelines high level design which eventully we put in conflusence for wide team visibility.

Ease of use, ease of integration, ability to customize.

Selecting multiple tiles at once can be difficult.

Being able to display our org chart to our organization.
Perfect for building out a process for training!

It is awesome that you can create an awesome flow chart and share it with your colleages to review/edit before you finalize it.

I am not a huge fan of the auto zoom feature.

It allows is to give a step by step process to employees to add to their SOP.
Nice way to make visual flow charts
What do you like best about the product?
I use Lucid to make flow charts, as well as different structured data like folder structures, or even mind mapping something out. The visuals tend to help paint the BIG picture which is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see icons available to use within my flows or visual representations that I'm creating. It would be very helpful.

Having the ability to present visuals for different processes is very helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
It is user friendly, easy to learn, has tons of visual options, and fantastic templates to start with.

I have yet to run into anything I don't like.
