I was pleasantly surprised by the clean and intuitive interface, which made it easy to dive right in without extensive guidance. Navigating the various features felt seamless. I particularly enjoyed the brainstorming tools and templates that helped structure my ideas visually.

One of the downsides is the cost and only having 3 free documents to work with.

Instead of starting from scratch, we used a pre-designed template that guided our discussion and helped us stay focused, ultimately leading to more productive outcomes. Great charting/ flow tool with a short learning curve

  • October 15, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is easy to use and intuitive. For team members who don't know Figma but want something a little more built out than the Google slides charting or Visio, LucidChart is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
The connector lines don't always match up and the integration into GoogleSlides and Confluence is not great. I wish I could edit my charts within those second places.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring end-to-end customer flows make technical and experiential sense.

How Lucidchart is transforming ideas to reality

  • October 14, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really find Lucidchart useful in my day to day tasks as it features on-the-go, ready, user-friendly interface which allows me to make my ideas into concretion. In addition, Lucidspark also serves as our organization's whiteboard as it allows team collaboration. Basically transforming everything beyond imagination.
What do you dislike about the product?
It'd be appreciated if we can map keys to frequently used tools and objects in the application, perhaps using the space bar to activate the search bar and there we can type what we need directly instead of clicking to the specific tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before, we really hard a hard time visualizing our ideas and brainstorming was tedious to the point that our ideas go all over the place as we don't know how to properly "dump" those ideas off. Thankfully, through Lucid's various tools and application, it really transformed how our business performs as to productivity is concerned.

Perfect for Beginners!

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, and it doesn't require a large learning curve. Also, the number of features and templates are really helpful when someone's trying to create a diagram for the first time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing, I think the price is a little bit high, even for the individual plan. For instance, I do not use it too much in a daily basis, only with certain customers. For that reason, and that I don't live in a first-world country, I have to think it twice before buying it. If pricing could be tailored to each country's economy it would be awesome!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me create BPMNs from zero experience. It also benefits me because I am able to give a better explanation of business to my customers.
