Must use tool for Software Developer
What do you like best about the product?
As an Engineer, Lucid has become an indispensable tool in my daily workflow. The suite's strongest assets lie in its comprehensive diagramming capabilities that cater precisely to my needs of complex software architecture and design. It excels in converting code to diagram with high-level system architecture to intricate class-level diagrams, It also provides intuitive canvas that transforms abstract concepts to clear, visual representations. It has also helped in drafting UML diagrams, creating integration flow and deployment flow charts. Also it helps to share it with team and real-time collaborations. I use it frequently for creating most important diagrams and ideas that ease the work with implementing the work easily, Also customer support is available when required. It integrates well with Jira and other tools so everyone see's the work done rather that coming to portal and checking. Suite is easy to implement and each one with some hands on training can draw exceptional diagram and bring their ideas to reality.
What do you dislike about the product?
The suite has less learning curve with extensive feature set, Sometime team members work hard understanding some options for creating complex architecture diagram and also code to diagram has less options and can draw with mermaid code.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

My Lucid experience
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is its seamless ability to turn complex ideas into clear, visual workflows. The intuitive drag-and-drop interface, wide variety of templates, and real-time collaboration features make it incredibly effective for brainstorming, process mapping, and technical architecture discussions — especially across remote teams. Integration with tools like Slack, Jira, and Confluence also adds huge value for keeping everything connected.
What do you dislike about the product?
One drawback of Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is that it can become expensive at scale, especially for larger teams that need full feature access. Additionally, performance may lag slightly with very complex or heavily detailed diagrams, particularly when multiple users are editing simultaneously. Lastly, while the interface is generally intuitive, some advanced features have a learning curve and require time to fully utilize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gives the tool to draw , create the architecture diagram , share it internally or externally , download PDF and share with customer.
Great for new users looking to build workflow charts
What do you like best about the product?
I had not used this application to its full capacity, but I would like to in the future. What I found is that the user interface is amazing for new users. I liked the constant how-to and tips that were integrated into the worksheets.
What do you dislike about the product?
I disliked that when I was clicking around I was constantly activating the tooling like adding lines or new shapes. It was also somewhat hard to move between adding text blocks and moving around the workflow chart if I wanted to place a title above the boarder of the chart.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From my experience, Ludic helped solved the issue of building a workflow chart that I could picture in my mind and didn't fully understand how to connect on screen or on paper. It gave me a visual aid that was necessary in allowing my training new project managers who were confused on what exactly they would be doing and where in the process we were as they work with me to take over an existing project.
Very helpful and best visual collaboration tool!

What do you dislike about the product?
I believe that's hard to say! So far I haven't had any issues with it. However, the commenting on diagram seems bit tricky or confusing to me. Maybe having it bit simpler would be nice.

Lucid Chart - Agile mapping for team task distribution
What do you like best about the product?
I like the different mapping features, particularly the smart containers and their ability to import data via CSV
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be helpful to have better onboarding for tools, such as the smart container. I had to do several google searches to figure out how to use it. Would have been nice to have build in live simulations of how to use it within the windows browser tab.

How to figure out what month-end tasks need to go to GL team vs. controlling, and on what business days.
