some aspects are more manual than i'd like and the emails sent dont look like they come from inside my company

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Smartsheet is easy to customize, and the information it has is good. I also appreciate the templates it uses, as they make the customization and use of the system easy. We can change headers in the templates, add or remove columns if needed, or just choose not to show them to people. The template made things very much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Area of improvement for me is under, like, time resolution. If we could get more specific or more in detail as in instead of just putting a date, being able to put a time as well. That way, I can see when things come in instead of just the day, and then I can track better, more in-depth information as to, like, how long things really take.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Smartsheet as an IT ticket tracking system to measure productivity and time to resolution. It helps us internally track tickets and assists with documentation.

Going beyond simple project management requires a lot of learning.

Smartsheet is very cross-functional. We use it for implementing project management discipline for many repetitive tasks.

Structured, easy to use, "smarter" Excel, automation tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Technical limits of cells/rows; filtering options in Dashboards; Resource management is not include in main functionality and it is for very high price; due to missing better report tools still needs to use other SW; a lot of modules for extra price

Structured manage and track activities with possible comments and automation setup of messages etc.
Clear, Structured Project Planning Overview with Detailed Task Assignments
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it’s possible to create a clear, structured planning overview for projects, where you can specify multiple details such as dates, equipment, and who tasks are assigned to.
What do you dislike about the product?
The indents and outdents are sometimes a bit finicky, so it takes some time to adjust. On the right side, when there are many lines, it can sometimes be difficult to read. Also, on the right side I’d like to see the exact date instead of only the weekday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet helps us create higher-quality project overviews, timelines, and schedules. It saves us a lot of time to have everything clearly set up in Smartsheet, instead of having to build it from scratch in Excel, for example, which takes extra time just to get the layout right. We also like using the option to save projects as templates, so we can reuse them for similar projects. That way, we spend less time setting up the project schedule and activities each time.

The ability to manage projects, integrate budgets and share collabs with colleagues and stakeholders
What do you dislike about the product?
I disliked the MFA but thankfully thats been been improved lately. Creating reports can be tricky, and the lack of AI integrations is weak.

I like Smartsheet for its strong project management capabilities that help my team to plan,track and execute work in one place.It’s also effective for marketing asset tracking and event logistics tracking making it easy to organize campaigns, manage deliverables and coordinate details across events.

Smartsheet shines for collaboration,nothing that i dislike towards it.

I like that Smartsheet simplifies tracking and saves the team time. It's very user-friendly, and the service is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that sometimes the work done in Smartsheet doesn't save, which means I have to do double work and manually go back to plug in the data again.
