What do you like best about the product?
I like that Smartsheet simplifies tracking and saves the team time. It's very user-friendly, and the service is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that sometimes the work done in Smartsheet doesn't save, which means I have to do double work and manually go back to plug in the data again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet helps prioritize patient engagement areas, calculates outcomes, and simplifies tracking, saving my team time.

What do you like best about the product?
I think Smartsheet's closeness to Excel makes it easy to pick up. It's quite straightforward to build out sheets and build your own forms. The report function is really cool, and the ability to easily group and filter out datasets or sheets is quite helpful. The reports allow you to combine information from multiple sheets in a user-friendly wizard-like way, making it much more user-friendly than Excel. The ability to group information is really cool, and my favorite part of reports is they're interactive. So, if I update something in a report, it updates in the underlying sheet.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it's often slow and does not feel like a snappy piece of software. It has some quirks and limitations at times. It handles formulas and stuff in a different way than Excel, so it takes some time to get used to. I often notice performance issues like big sheets are slow to load. The UI does not look as good as some of its competitors like ClickUp or Monday. It just doesn't look as slick nor feels as nice to use. For simple things, the setup is fine, but for anything more complex, like a big project portfolio, you need to engage implementation services for sure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet provides a central hub for our project management, allowing us to have dashboards and analytics to understand project status. We use it as a partner portal too, creating a channel system for each of our partners.

I like how you can collaborate and it updates in real-time. I also love that you can drag and drop rows for was reordering

The pricing structure was a bit too steep for us so unfortunately we had to transition to share point.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Smartsheet as my go-to hub for keeping everything organized, especially when life and work feel chaotic, and I appreciate how flexible it is for building simple task lists or creating detailed workflows. I like its clear, visually structured layout, which helps me stay accountable and focused. I enjoy the easy collaboration, sharing updates, assigning tasks, and keeping everyone on the same page without endless messages. I love its customization, allowing me to adapt Smartsheet to how I think and work. I also appreciate the sense of peace it brings, knowing updates, reminders, and shared visibility flow effortlessly. I find its balance of being powerful yet approachable makes it easy and enjoyable to use, with features like automation and reporting that save time. What do you dislike about the product?
While I really appreciate what Smartsheet brings to my workflow, there are a few areas where it can feel a bit clunky or could use improvement. Sometimes, especially with larger projects or more complex sheets, the interface can feel a little slow or overwhelming, and it takes extra clicks to get to the information I need quickly. I also wish that some of the more advanced features, like automation or reporting, were a bit more intuitive—there’s a learning curve, and it can be frustrating when I just want things to 'just work' without spending time troubleshooting or looking up tutorials. Another small challenge is that while collaboration is great overall, occasionally syncing or permissions issues pop up, which can create minor hiccups when multiple people are updating the same sheet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Smartsheet to organize projects and track deadlines, preventing things from slipping through the cracks. It solves miscommunication with real-time updates and helps me manage time better. It reduces stress by holding everything in one place, improving focus and enjoyment of work.
