    UI and Smooth Sync, Though Auto-Save Can Be Confusing

    What do you like best about the product?
    Haven't had any issues with upload or sync time when using Smartsheet. Also, the UI is pretty intuitive, especially when compared to Google Sheets and Excel's web version. The Pro version is competitively priced, and it has most of the integrations I've needed.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    There could be better communication about how the auto-save functions in Smartsheet. It's not something you learn to modify until it's too late. For example, it seems odd that the auto-save feature turns on after 1 minute of inactivity, but it doesn't auto save all changes or modifications to a sheet, especially when competitors do that by default.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It functions primarily as a project management system, which we need because we have employees in different regions/time zones working remotely.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Smartsheet is a great way to organize document reviews across different teams. It significantly lessens time for program managers to ensure all required members have reviewed and commented on a given document.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    l have not found a reason to dislike smartsheet.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Better organized review of documents. Cuts down significantly on chasing individuals to ensure they have provided their reviews.
    This automates the whole process and is super easy to use.

    What do you like best about the product?
    The feature that makes me most appreciate using Smartsheet is its ability to integrate three important functions: project management, workflow automation, and collaboration all within the format of a spreadsheet. The dashboards, reports, and automation make it possible to keep track of your projects, allocate your resources, and increase team visibility easily.

    Smartsheet resolves the problem of managing projects, workflows, and collaboration through various software applications and spreadsheet systems. The advantages include centralization of project data, automation of tedious tasks, better transparency of project information, improved coordination of the teams, and better efficiency and timeliness of accomplishing projects for an organization.

    What do you like best about the product?
    We use it to manage projects and track tasks across our team. Automatic email notifications are sent when a new entry is added or when a task is assigned, helping everyone stay updated without manual follow-up.
    We have not integrated it to any other software, but I would like to see if that is possible and how.
    I also like that multiple files can be attached directly to rows very quickly and team members can add comments on specific line items, making communication and document management much more organized. Overall, it helps us keep project information in one place and improves workflow efficiency.
    Performance wise I think its at par of expectations
    Have not used AI / intelligence features of smartsheet.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    New users may need some time to understand all the features and set up workflows correctly. The pricing can also become expensive as the number of users grows, especially for larger teams.

    Keeps all project information in one place.
    Automatic email notifications help assigning task.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I value Smartsheet most for its clarity and how effectively it supports work organization. The grid layout allows me to quickly review and manage large sets of operational data (such as orders or SKU lists), which significantly speeds up my daily tasks.
    I regularly use real-time collaboration, which ensures that the entire team is working on up-to-date information. This reduces miscommunication and helps avoid errors in fast-paced operational processes.
    One feature I particularly rely on is forms, where submitted data is automatically transferred into sheets. This saves a lot of manual work and reduces the risk of input mistakes. Additionally, notifications and reminders help me stay on top of deadlines without constantly checking updates, which improves time management.
    The activity history is also very useful, as it allows me to track changes and quickly identify what was updated and by whom. This improves transparency and helps resolve issues faster.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I didn’t find any issues with Smartsheet. Working with it is a real pleasure.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    We had an issue with access to all tables. Smartsheet speeds up the pace of work. All important tabs, tables, and forms are in one place, which allows quick access and results in time savings.
