Simple and Effective for Small Teams
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Smartsheet is simple to use and straightforward. Submitting case notes is very easy to do. I also appreciate the card view, which I find helpful despite some other views being a bit challenging to read.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like the card view but some of the other views make it difficult to read the sheets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Smartsheet to track referrals and ensure we reach our participant goals. It streamlines participant interest management from online platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Smartsheet easy to use. It helps me keep track of our tasks, and the spreadsheet feature is particularly helpful for managing my tasks. The initial setup was easy too.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Smartsheet for tracking our project installations and sharing drawings. I like that it organizes everything to help me keep things straight. I also like that anyone can access it from anywhere, providing a place for all of our employees to reference details about projects in real time and store information that we can share with our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only problem I have is it can be slow to load things, slower than other websites. It's mostly the sign in process, it seems to be more complicated than other sites. I think there was a learning curve and many people had to teach us how to use it.

I use Smartsheet for tracking project installations, sharing drawings, and filling out quote forms. It organizes everything, allows real-time access for employees, and lets us share information with clients.

I appreciate that Smartsheet is easy to use, making it straightforward to schedule large complex projects and allocate owners. I like that it's online, allowing it to be shared and modified easily. It's also easy to set up, which has been helpful for our team.

The resource planning side is limited. It's hard to track resources when there are tasks with multiple people involved.

Action-Triggered Email Notifications Keep Everything on Track
What do you like best about the product?
Email Notification is triggered for each required action, including new comments, checkbox being ticked, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some filters can't be applied to certain columns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's been utilized for majority of operations including tags and rotations updates, issue resolution, activation suppport, etc.
A Daily Organizational Essential That’s Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
It’s a very helpful organizational tool, and we use it daily. The calendar app lets us monitor our crews’ daily work scopes, and we also use it to store all of the internal forms we rely on. It’s super easy to use, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little, if anything. Personally, I haven’t come across any issues that would make me dislike it.

It helps us monitor the daily tasks and schedules of all our employees. We use it to compile our client databases, and we also use it to track and record our purchase orders. It has basically become essential to our day-to-day work.
Flexible Project Management with a Steep Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
I really like using Smartsheet for project management because it helps me organize tasks, timelines, and responsibilities in flexible, spreadsheet-like sheets that my teams can easily update and share. The collaboration through real-time updates, automatic workflows, file attachments, dashboards, and reporting is amazing. It's great that I can assign tasks to team members and Smartsheet sends them reminders until the task is completed, which saves me a lot of time. The time-saving feature is a big plus for me, as Smartsheet remembers tasks and reminders for me. I also love that it's not just limited to tasks and reminders; I've used it for surveys as well! I enjoy learning new functions, and the versatility of Smartsheet fascinates me.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a bit to learn all of the functions. You almost need to know what you are doing as opposed to just hopping on and choosing a function. Maybe options for different functions. For example, I may not know that something related to my project could be an option in Smartsheet, but if I see a list of functions, I would utilize it. Using it is easy. But creating is a bit difficult for me.

I use Smartsheet for project management to organize tasks, timelines, and responsibilities, enabling real-time collaboration. It saves time by sending task reminders, helping my team track progress and stay accountable across projects while simplifying workflow management.
Easy Data Capture and One-Click Dashboards for Clear Team Visibility
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can easily capture data as well as have it create a one click dashboard to see all the data in a simple snapshot. This has allowed greater visibility for our teams to see overall reach and impact.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a bit complicated understanding formulas and how to get it to properly filter your reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is providing visibility on company impact for our Inclusion and Diversity groups, which allow us to show leadership the impact these groups have on colleagues and even monetarily.
